Bisquick Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients :
2 Cups bisquick, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 ea egg, 2/3 cup milk, 1 cup apples ( finely chopped )
Topping :
1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons bisquick, 2 tablespoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoon margarine
Preparation :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 13×9 inch pan. Prepare topping and mix till crumbly; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients except apples thoroughly. Stir in apples and spread mixture in pan. Sprinkle with topping and bake for about 25 minutes.

Quick and easy recipe. I think you could use even more apples, maybe add another half cup. I didn’t use margarine though, because it has trans-fat. There are other spreads like Smart Start that are better for you, but don’t use the light version because the water content will ruin the crisp.
