Peanut Butter And Chocolate Impossible Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1. Prepared biscuit mix, bisquick (1/2c)
2. chunky peanut butter (2/3c)
3. packed brown sugar (1c)
4. whipping cream (1c)
5. chocolate chips (1pkg. about 6 ounces)
6. chopped peanuts (optional)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a large bowl, beat all the ingredients in it except chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Beat them on high speed for about 1 minute without using the blender.

2. Take an ungreased pie plate of 9*1 ¼ inches. Place it in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes until it gets dry and puffed from the center. Check it by inserting the knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean then it is ready. Then keep it to cool slightly.

3. Take a saucepan, heat chocolate chips in it over low heat by stirring it irregularly until get melted and then spread it over the pie. Dust the chopped peanuts over it and then keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hour until the chocolate gets firm.
