Chicken Cacciatore With Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Spaghetti (2lb), Rosemary (1tsp), oregano (1/2tsp), ripe olives (1/2c), celery stalks (2 to 3), minced garlic (2cloves), mushrooms (1lb), red pepper (1), green pepper (1), onion (1large), boneless chicken (3.75lb), tomato sauce (1large can), tomato paste (1small can), peeled tomatoes (1can), red wine (1/2c), flour, olive oil (1/2c), salt and pepper (to taste), sugar (1tsp), dried basil (1tbsp)chopped freshly parsley (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, add flour in it and mix salt and pepper to flour. Take chicken and wash it and then coat it in flour. Take a saucepan, heat olive oil in it. Cook chicken in it until it gets brown. Drain it and keep it aside. Then sauté onion, mushrooms, olives, garlic, celery, green and red peppers in 4 tablespoon of oil pan until they get soft. Keep it aside. Take a large bowl, mix rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato product, sugar and wine in it. Add water in it if the mixture is thick to make it thin. Then add brown vegetables in it and mix it well. Take pyrex dish, pour some sauce in it and place chicken in it and then pour the remaining sauce over it. Place the dish in oven and cook it for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Now cook spaghetti in water, drain it and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it. Pour the chicken cacciatore over spaghetti and then serve it.
