Low Carb Pasta With Chicken And Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
1. Boneless skinless chicken, cut into cubes (1.5lbs)
2. low carb pasta (if using shirataki noodles, two 8 ounces packages)
3. fresh chopped basil (optional)
4. roasted red pepper cream sauce
5. salt and pepper (to taste)
6. finely chopped onion (1/2c)

Method of preparation:-
1. First sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken. Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat the oil in it and saute onions and chicken in it until the chicken gets cooked.

2. Take roasted red pepper sauce, heat it lightly but do not boil it. Take shirataki noodles, wash them in hot water or cook the other low carb pasta. Then cut the noodles according to desired length. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, if fresh basil is available then chop it and add it in the bowl. Now it is ready to serve.
