Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Flour (1/3c), granulated sugar (1/2c), eggs (3), butter (6 oz diced, at room temperature), Semi-Sweet baking chocolate (6 oz) and butter for Ramekins.

Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a bain-marie (double boiler), melt chocolate in it on low flame. When it gets melted then take off from the flame and mix the diced butter in it until it gets melted. Take another bowl, beat eggs and sugar in it. Mix melted chocolate in it and then add the flour. Mix it properly to form batter. Take four ramekins, butter them and then pour the chocolate batter in them. Place the ramekins in oven and bake them for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then take out the ramekins from oven and place them upside down on the serving plates and serve them.
