Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Sugar free chunky peanut butter (3/4c)
2. low sugar cake mix (1)
3. oil (1/3c)
4. water (1c)
5. eggs (3)
6. sugar free caramel syrup (1tbsp)
7. vanilla (2tsp)

For Frosting:-

1. Skim milk (4tbsp)
2. no sugar chunky peanut butter (3/4c)
3. butter (2tbsp)
4. powdered sugar (1lb)
5. vanilla (1tbsp)
6. sugar free caramel syrup (2tbsp)
7. peanuts to sprinkle on the top (optional)

Method Of Preparation:-

1. Take a bowl, place peanut butter in it. Add eggs and oil in it and beat well and then add cake mix and water in it. Now add flavoring and mix them well.

2. Take cake pans, coat them with cooking spray and then pour the mixture in these cake pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

3. Then take out the pans from oven and keep them to cool for about 10 minutes and then place on rack to cool completely.

4. To prepare the frosting, take a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients of frosting in it and beat the mixture until it becomes creamy and gets thick enough to spread on cooled cake. Low sugar ingredients use in this recipe makes it healthier.
