Strawberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chopped pecans (1 ¼ cup)
2. fresh strawberries (2 cups)
3. eggs, beaten (4)
4. all purpose flour (3 1/8 cup)
5. vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
6. white sugar (2 cups)
7. baking powder (1 tsp)
8. ground cinnamon (1 tbsp)
9. salt (1 tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take two loaf pans of 9*5-inch, butter and flour them. Take a bowl of medium size, cut strawberries and place them in it. Dust sugar over strawberries and keep the bowl aside.
2. Take a large bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and sugar in it. Mix all these ingredients well. Blend eggs and oil in the strawberry mixture and then add this mixture to the flour mixture. Mix both it well and then add pecans in it. Pour the batter into the loaf pans.
3. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 45 to 50 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean at 350 degrees F. Place the pans on wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Then take out the loaves from pan and cool them completely.
