Egg & Cheese Souffle

Ingredients:

10 slices bread, 8 oz. Cheese, 6 eggs, 3 cups milk, 6 slices of bacon- fried and crumbled (or cooked venison sausage), 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation:
Place bread cubes in greased pan. Mix remaining ingredients - pour over bread. Let soak overnight.Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes (cover for first 20 min) until set in center.
