Energetic MeatLoaf Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 2 lb lean ground beef, 3/4 cup rolled oats, 2 eggs (beaten), 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 teaspoons salt, , 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1/2 cup chili sauce.

Procedure:
Melt butter in skillet over heat, sauté onion and green pepper for about 7 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except chili sauce, in mixing bowl, add onion and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly until blended
Pack in a greased loaf pan or meat loaf pan. Spread ketchup over top. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and enjoy the dish.
