Baked Cod With Boursin Herb Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh cod fillets (2 pound)
2. shredded parmesan cheese (2tbsp)
3. Boursin cheese with herbs, at room temperature (1 package about 4 ounce)
4. melted butter (2tbsp)
5. salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
6. diced tomatoes with garlic, peppers and onions, drained (1can about 14.5 ounce).
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F. Take a baking dish, spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter on the bottom of the dish to coat it.
2. Place the fish fillets in it. Pat dries the fillets with paper towels. Then take boursin cheese and spread it equally over the fillets. Now pour the canned tomatoes mixture over the top of the fillets and then sprinkle pepper and salt, according to taste over it.
3. Dust Parmesan cheese on the top and then sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of butter over it. Now place the baking dish uncovered in the oven and bake fish at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
4. When the fish gets cooked then takes it out from oven and serves it hot in a serving dish.
