Baked Stuffed Fish Recipe
Ingredients
Fish fillets (1 ½ to 2pounds), finely chopped celery (1/2c), salt (1tsp), ground pepper (1/8tsp), chopped parsley, lemon wedges (optional), butter, dry bread, cut or torn into ¼ inch pieces (4c), dried leaf sage, crumbled (1tsp), melted butter (6tbsp), finely chopped onion (1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
Take fish, cut it into strips. Line the well greased muffins with fish strips, sprinkle with salt. Take a small frying pan, heat butter in it and then sauté the onion and celery in the butter until they get tender. Add salt, pepper, bread cubes and sage. Add a little of hot water if the stuffing is too dry. Dot the top of each stuffing center with a little butter and then sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake the fish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until the fish gets flakes easily with a fork. When it gets ready then serve it with lemon wedges.
