Cheesy Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1 1/4c)
2. grated parmesan cheese (3/4c)
3. egg (1)
4. catfish fillets (8 about 4 ounce)
5. milk (1tbsp)
6. melted margarine (1/4c)
7. paprika (1tsp)
8. ground black pepper (1 1/2tsp)
9. salt (1 1/2tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a bowl of medium size, add milk and beat eggs in it.
2. Take a separate bowl; add flour, cheese, paprika, pepper and salt in it. First dip the fish fillets in egg mixture and then coat them with cheese mixture.
3. Take a baking dish of 9*13 inches, place the fish fillets on the bottom of the dish in a single layer and then pour the melted margarine over the fillets.
4. Now place the baking dish in oven and bake it at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until the fish changes to golden brown color. Now the cheesy fish gets ready to serve.
