Cod Almandine Recipe
Ingredients:
½ kg cod, 2 tbsp almonds, Salt to taste, 2 taps lemon juice, Pepper to taste, 2 tbsp butter.
Directions:
Heat the butter in a frying pan. To this molten butter add the silvered almonds and cook till they are light brown in color. Cook the cod in a skillet till it is golden brown in color on both sides. When ready it flakes easily with a fork. Take out the cod in a serving dish and sprinkle salt and pepper on the cooked fish. Now pour lemon juice and sprinkle almonds on it.
