Crispy Basa Fish And Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
1. 2 basa fillets
2. 10 medium shrimp
3. 2 cups crushed corn flakes
4. 1/2 cup low-fat milk
5. 1 tbsp olive oil
6. 1/2 cup flour
7. Salt to taste
8. Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Clean and cut the fish and shrimps into medium sized pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on these.
2. Take milk in a large bowl and soak the fish and shrimp for about 20 minutes. Take out the fillets and sprinkle flour on these.
3. Dip the fillets in corn flakes. Now heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the fish fillets till cooked. Now fry the shrimp till it turns light brown. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
