Favorite Fish Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
Fresh and frozen cod fillets, cut into large chunks (2 pounds), chopped fresh parsley, pepper (2tsp), evaporated milk (2cans), milk 92c), lemon juice (3tbsp), water (4c), butter or margarine (1/2c), chopped onion (1large).

Method of preparation:-
Take a Dutch oven or soup kettle; melt butter in it and then saute onion in the melted butter. Add water and then keep it to boil. Now add potatoes and cook them for about 10 minutes. Add fish and lemon juice. Reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add milk, evaporated milk, pepper and salt in it and cook it for few minutes. When it gets ready then garnish it with parsley and serve it piping hot.
