Steamed Catfish With Garden Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
1. 4 catfish fillets
2. 2 medium green onions
3. 1 medium carrot
4. 1 small sweet potato
5. 5 medium button mushrooms
6. 1 tsp soft margarine
7. 1 tsp lemon juice
8. salt (to taste)

Directions
1. Clean the catfish fillets. Cut the green onions lengthwise, dice the button mushrooms, sweet potato and carrot.

2. Take a foil place the fish fillets on the foil and add some salt and margarine on each piece of fish add the cut vegetables to the fillets. Also add a little water and lemon juice to them.

3. Now wrap the foil around the ingredients and cook in a preheated oven at about 350 degrees F for about twenty minutes. Take out from the oven and serve after a few minutes.
