Tuna And Corn Fish Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
• 8 ounce tuna in vegetable oil, drained
• ½ cup corn kernel
• 2 large potatoes
• 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Directions
Cook the potatoes and mash them in a bowl and blend in the tuna, corn kernels, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper as per taste, then shape into 6-7 patty shapes. Now apply the bread crumbs on the fish cakes. Cook the fish in a broiler till golden brown in color. Serve immediately with freshly prepared vegetables. Garnish with lemon slices.
