Tuna Fish Wiggle Recipe
Ingredients
1. 6 ounce tuna in water
2. 2 tbsp butter
3. 2 tbsp flour
4. 2 cups milk
5. 1 can frozen peas
6. salt to taste
7. pepper to taste
Directions
1. Take a sauce pan. Heat the butter over a medium heat. Cook the flour in the molten butter for a while. To this flour add milk while stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
2. Add drained tuna, peas, salt and pepper. Simmer for a moment. Serve with toasts.
