Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained (1can about 9 ounce)
2. all purpose flour (1 1/2c)
3. vegetable oil (1/3c)
4. skim milk (3/4c)
5. baking powder (2tsp)
6. sugar (1tbsp)
7. egg (1)
8. chopped garlic (1tbsp)
9. chopped green olives (1/4c)
10. chopped green onion (1/2c)
11. plain nonfat yogurt (1/2c)
12. salt (1/2tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F. Take muffin tins, grease them lightly. Take a bowl of medium size, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in it and keep it aside.
2. Take another bowl, flake tuna in it and then mix garlic, olives, green onion and yogurt in it and then keep the bowl aside. Take a small bowl, beat milk, egg and oil in it. Now add tuna mixture into the bowl of flour mixture and then slowly mix milk mixture in it.
3. Now put the tuna mixture or salad in the muffin tins with spoon. Place the tins in oven and bake them at 375 degrees F for about 20 to 25 minutes until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Then take out the tins from oven and keep them to cool. Remove the tins and then serve them.
