Whole Stuffed Flounder Recipe
Ingredients
1. Flounder, scaled, gutted and head removed (1whole about 2 pounds)
2. unseasoned croutons (1box)
3. crab meat (1c)
4. peeled and cooked shrimp (1c)
5. butter (1stick)
6. green onion (1/2c)
7. celery 91/2c)
8. melted butter and salt (for brushing)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take flounder fish, cut slit in the center of brown side of flounder to make a pocket.
2. Take a pan, heat butter in it and then saute onion and celery in it until they get soft. Add crab, shrimp and croutons in it to make the stuffing.
3. Now fill the pocket of the flounder with this stuffing mixture. Then brush the melted butter and salt on it. Place it in the oven to bake for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees until it gets golden brown.
