Beef In Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
1. Chicken bouillon cubes (6)
2. New York strip steak, cut into (1or2pounds)
3. olive oil (3tbsp)
4. salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
5. tomatoes (6)
6. onions (2)
7. garlic (2cloves)
8. red pepper (2)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take beef and cut it into 1 ½ inch cubes with knife. To clean the beef, rinse it in warm water.
2. Take a medium size saucepot. Put olive oil in pot and then put the beef in it. Add bouillon cubes in it with salt and pepper according to taste.
3. Cover the pot and place it over low heat for about 20 minutes until it gets steamed. Take 3 tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1 onion and 1 red pepper, chop it and then blend it to make tomato mixture.
4. Put this tomato mixture into the saucepot with beef. Add olive oil in it and again cook it for 15 minutes.
5. Place it on medium heat and then add remaining 3 tomatoes, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 sliced garlic clove and again cook it for about 15 minutes. Now it is ready to serve.
