Calamari Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (1/4c), ground black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1tsp), vegetable oil (3c), dried oregano (1tsp), lemon cut into wedges (for garnish), cleaned and sliced into rings squid (12).

Method of preparation:-
Take a fry deep frying pan, heat oil in it at 365 degrees F. Take a bowl, mix flour, oregano, black pepper and salt in it. Dip squid in this mixture. Fry the squid in hot oil for about 2 to 3 minutes or until they turn light brown in color. Do not over cook the squids. Drain the squids on the paper towel. When they gets ready then serve them with lemon wedges.
