Pasta Con Seppioline Gratinata Al Forno Recipe
Ingredients
1. Forfalla pasta (bow tie) (12oz)
2. thinly sliced white onion (1small)
3. ground dry bread crumbs (1tbsp)
4. fresh chopped Italian parsley (2tbsp)
5. chopped canned tomatoes (2c)
6. minced garlic (1clove)
7. smaller cuttlefish (1lb)
8. extra virgin olive oil (5tbsp)
9. salt and pepper (a pinch)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a cuttlefish. Clean it and slice it into half inch strips. Take a sauce pan. Place it over high heat. Put 2 tablespoon of olive oil in it and then cook cuttlefish with a pinch of salt and pepper. Take off the pan from heat and keep it aside.
2. Take a pan, put 3 tablespoon of olive oil in it and then saute onions in it until gets translucent. Add tomatoes in it with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes and then add cuttlefish to the tomatoes and again cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Meanwhile for cooking the pasta, take a pot of water. Boil it with 1 tablespoon of salt and add pasta. Cook it until pasta gets soft or firm to touch. Then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix it well and pour it all into a baking dish.
4. Take a bowl, mix garlic, bread crumbs and parsley in it and then sprinkle them over the pasta. Bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. when it gets baked hen serve it in a serving dish.
