Red Pepper Flat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (3/4c), active dry yeast (1pkg), red pepper cut into ¼ inch rings, olive oil (1tsp), sliced onion (1), grated parmesan cheese (2tsp), warm water (1c), olive oil (1/4c), salt (1/4c) and sugar (2tsp).

Method of preparation:-
First add yeast in warm water. Take a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, salt and sugar in it. Add 1/4cup of oil and warm water and then add yeast in it. Beat all the Ingredients on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Add more flour until the dough becomes soft and leave the sides of the bowl. Place the dough on the lightly floured surface. Knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in greased bowl, cover it and then keep it in warm place for about 1 hour to rise or double in size. Now heat the oven in 425 degrees. Take a frying pan, put 1 teaspoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and then cook red bell pepper and onion in it over medium heat until get soft and then keep it aside. Take 2 baking sheets and grease them. Punch the dough and then divide it in half. Roll the half in flattened shape and place on baking sheet. Cover it and place it for 20 minutes in warm place to rise in size. Now prick the dough from center and from edges with fork and then brush with oil. Place peppers on flat breads and sprinkle cheese on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes until gets golden brown.
