Italian Beef And Cheese Casserole Recipes

1. Lean ground beef (2lb)
2. cook and drained noodles (1egg)
3. softened cream cheese (1pkg)
4. cottage cheese (1 1/2c)
5. tomato can (2can)
6. chopped onion (1large)
7. chopped green pepper (1)
8. salt (1tsp)
9. pepper (to taste)
10. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2c)
11. grated parmesan cheese(1/2c)
12. sour cream (1c)

Method of preparation:-
1.Take a pan. Put oil in it and then add meat in it. Heat it until it gets lightly brown. Add salt, green pepper and onion in it. Add tomato sauce, keep it on simmer for about 30 minutes and then take it off from heat.

2. Now put it in small bowl and blend it with cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream and then keep it aside.

3. Take a buttered casserole. Place ½ of the cooked noodles in it. Add cheese mixture with spoon in it and ½ of the parmesan cheese and then put the remaining noodles. Now pour the meat sauce in it. Use fork to lift the noodles in the casserole for mixing the sauce with noodles.

4. Sprinkle the left over parmesan cheese and top it with cheddar cheese. Bake it for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until it gets bubbly.

Hot Italian Roast Beef Sandwich Recipe

1. Boneless sirloin tip beef roast (5pound)
2. butter (1tbsp)
3. crushed dried red pepper (1 to3tsp)
4. ground thyme (1tbsp)
5. water (1/3c)
6. cut up tomatoes with juice (1can)
7. salt (1tsp)
8. semi hard rolls or bread (as per choice)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a Dutch oven. Heat and melt the butter in it over medium heat. Place the roast in it and brown it on all sides.

2. Mix all the ingredients expect roll, cover it and cook it until the roast gets tender for about 3 to 4 hours. Cook it on low heat. Add more water if it is necessary. Keeps it roasting while simmering it in broth.

3. Take out the meat from broth. And keep it for 20 minutes to cool. Now trim the fat from the meat and cut them into thin slices. When it is ready, heat the broth and serve it on rolls.

Beef Vegetable Minestrone Recipe

1. Lean ground beef (1/2pound)
2. slice bacon chopped (2)
3. minced garlic (2cloves)
4. chopped onion (1)
5. chopped carrots (2)
6. chopped celery (1stalk)
7. dried basil (1tsp)
8. bay leaf (1)
9. dried crushed rosemary (1tsp)
10. crushed red pepper flakes (1/4tsp)
11. beef broth (1can)
12. stewed tomatoes (1can)
13. spaghetti broken into pieces (2ounces)
14. garbanzo beans (1can)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a sauce pan. Cook beef and bacon in it. Cut beef into pieces and out the excess oil. Add garlic, celery, carrots and onion in it. Use spices like bay leaf, rosemary, basil and flakes over red pepper for seasoning the beef.

2. Cook it for about 5 to 6 minutes. Add tomatoes in it. Mix tomatoes and beef properly. Again cook it for 20 minutes. Then add spaghetti and garbanzo beans.

3. Cover it and cook it again for 10 minutes when it gets ready. Take off the bay leaf and then serve it.

Homemade Italian Beef Recipe

1. Beef chuck roast (3pound)
2. water (1c)
3. pepper on cinipepper (16ounces or 1 jar)
4. hamburger buns (8)
5. dry Italian salad dressing mix (3packets)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take beef chuck roast and apply Italian salad dressing over it and then put the roast in the slow cooker. Add water, cover the cooker and cook the roast for about 6 to 7 hours in the end of cooking.

2. Take out the meat from the cooker and cut it into pieces with fork. If it is difficult to cut the meat then again cook it for some more time.
Now add juice and pepper in it for different flavor. Serve it with buns.

Steak A Pizzalola Recipe

1. Boneless chunk steak 3/4inch thick (3lb)
2. olive oil (1 1/2tbsp)
3. minced garlic (2cloves)
4. crushed tomatoes (1can)
5. basil (1/2tbsp)
6. oregano (1/2tbsp)
7. sliced onion (1)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large and deep frying pan. Put olive oil in it and heat it. Take boneless chunk steaks and cut it into serving size pieces. Fry the steak in the pan from both sides and then add garlic and onion in the pan.

2. Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add the remaining ingredients like basil, oregano, crushed tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients in it and cook over low heat or simmer.

3. Cover the fry pan and cook it for about 2 hours until the meat gets tender. Serve it with rice or pasta.

Braciola Recipe

1. Flank steak (4)
2. grated parmesan cheese (1/2c)
3. fresh ground pepper (1/4tsp)
4. olive oil (2tbsp)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. eggs hard boiled (4)

Method of preparation:-
1. First take steaks and cut it in half to make 8 pieces of it. Spread parmesan cheese on the surface of the steak. Take boiled eggs and cut the eggs into quarters.

2. Place two quarters on each of piece of meat. Use salt and pepper for seasoning the meat. Take a jelly roll and then roll the meat on it. Tie the roll with string to hold meat and cheese.

3. Take a large frying pan. Put olive oil in it and sauté the bracioli in it until it gets brown from all sides. Place this in spaghetti sauce and cook it for 1 ½ hour until it gets tender. When it gets ready serve it warm.

Grilled Italian Style Burgers Recipe

1. Ground beef (1pound)
2. finely chopped red onions (1small)
3. finely chopped garlic (1small)
4. chopped fresh parsley (1/4c)
5. liquid smoke (1tsp)
6. egg (1)
7. seasoned bread crumb (1/2c)
8. hot and mild Italian sausage removed from casing (1/2pound)
9. freshly grated Romano cheese (1/4c)

For topping:-

1. Thin sliced red onion (1small)
2. thin sliced beef steak tomato (1small)
3. roasted red pepper (1jar)
4. thin sliced bread (6small)
5. fresh basil leaves (10)
6. provolone cheese (6slice)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a medium size bowl. Mix all the ingredients of hamburger in it. Take patties and shape it in burger shape. Place these patties on grill for about 10 minutes. Turn the side and again grill it for 10 minutes.

2. Spread provolone cheese for topping and grill it for about 1 minute until it gets melted.

3. Take off the burgers and toast the bread face side down for about 1 minute. Top it with sliced tomatoes, roasted red pepper, fresh basil sliced onion and then serve it.
