Italian Hamburger Deep Dish Recipe
Ingredients
1. Ground beef (1pound)
2. mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced (1c)
3. mashed potatoes (2 2/3c)
4. instant minced onion (2tbsp)
5. salt (1tsp)
6. water (2 2/3c)
7. finely chopped garlic (1clove)
8. pepper (1/8tsp)
9. dried oregano leaves (1tsp)
10. sliced tomatoes (3to4medium)
11. butter or margarine (1/4c)
12. milk (2/3c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a baking dish and grease it. Take a frying pan. Cook beef in it by adding salt, pepper and garlic over medium heat until the beef gets brown and then drain it.
2. Take a sauce pan. Place it over the medium heat; boil water, butter, onion, milk and oregano in it. Take off the pan from the heat. Add dry potatoes to get moistened in it. Keep it for 30 seconds or until liquid get absorbed. Mix it with fork until it gets fluffy.
3. Take a baking dish; spread half of the potato mixture on the bottom of baking dish. Place beef and half of tomatoes.
4. Top the left over potatoes and tomatoes and then spread the cheese. Bake it in oven for about 30 minutes until it gets hot and bubbly.

Warm Italian Beef And Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
For salad:-
1. Tom fresh spinach (6c)
2. Roma tomatoes sliced (2)
3. sliced red onions, separated (1/2c)
4. roast beef cut (1/2c)
5. Deli roast (1lb)
For dressing:-
1. Skim milk (2tbsp)
2. country style Dijon mustard (1tbsp)
3. prepared horseradish (1tbsp)
4. sour cream (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a medium size bowl. Mix all the ingredients like skim milk, sour cream, horseradish, Dijon mustard in it and then keep it aside.
2. Take a non stick frying pan; grease it with vegetable cooking spray. Put sliced onions and beef in it. Cook it over medium heat until the onions get soften and beef gets hot for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Take a large bowl, put mixture of beef in it and then add dressing ingredients like tomatoes and spinach. When it gets ready serve it with deli toast.

Ingredients
1. Chicken breast (2)
2. chicken stock (6 c.)
3. long green onion, chopped (2 bunches)
4. chopped garlic (2 cloves)
5. chopped celery (3 stalks)
6. chopped carrots (3)
7. butter (2 tbsp)
8. fresh ground black pepper (1/2 tsp)
9. fresh spinach, chopped (1/2 pound)
10. fresh parsley (1/4 c.)
11. fresh grated parmesan cheese (1/2 c.)
12. salt (1/4 tsp)
Meatballs:-
1. Ground pork (1pound)
2. finely chopped long green onion (1bunch)
3. chopped parsley (1/4c)
4. pepper (1/4tsp)
5. salt (1/4tsp)
6. bread crumbs (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot or a pan. Put olive oil or butter in it and then saute carrots, onions, garlic and celery in it for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper in it.
2. Reduce the heat and then add chicken stock and chicken breast in it. Take out the chicken from the pot and cut it into pieces and again put to the broth in the pot.
3. Now add parsley and spinach, boil it over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add meatballs and cook it for about 20 minutes.
How to make meatballs:-
1. Take a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients. Make small balls of 1 inch. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
1. Beef broth (2c)
2. red wine (1/2c)
3. water (1/2c)
4. beef rump roast (5pound)
5. dried thyme (1tsp)
6. dried basil (1tsp)
7. dried oregano (1tsp)
8. fine chopped garlic (6cloves)
9. sliced onion (1)
10. vegetable oil (1/4c)
11. water (1/2c)
12. fresh ground pepper (1tsp)
13. red and green bell peppers (3)
14. Italian rolls
15. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl. Mix oregano, thyme, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in it. Apply this mixture into beef and mix it thoroughly.
2. Take a large plastic bag. Place beef in it and then add onion, wine and 1 cup of broth in it. Seal the bag and place the marinade beef in refrigerator for about 5 hours or overnight.
3. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a roasting pan. Place rump roast in it and then pour the marinade over it. Add left over broth and water in it. Roast it uncovered for about 2 to 2 ½ hours. Turn it during roasting.
4. Take out the beef from the juice. Now take Italian rolls and cut it into slices and put on that juicy beef. Add sweet pepper and eat.

Ingredients
1. Beef brisket, trimmed (1or4to5pound)
2. onion, quarter (1small)
3. coarsely chopped carrot (1large)
4. coarsely chopped celery (1stalk)
5. bay leaves crumbled (2)
6. ice (2pound)
7. ground ginger (1/2tsp)
8. whole allspice berries (8)
9. whole juniper berries(12)
10. whole cloves (8)
11. black peppercorns (1tsp)
12. mustard seeds (1 tsp)
13. cinnamon stick, broken into several pieces (1)
14. salt peter (2tbsp)
15. brown sugar (1/2c)
16. Kosher salt (1c)
17. water (2quarts)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a stock pot put water in it and then add salt, sugar, mustard seed, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, saltpeter, cloves, juniper berries, allspice berries, ginger and bay leaves. Cook it over heat until all ingredients get dissolves in water properly.
2. Take off the pot from heat and add ice to cool it. After cooling place it in zip top bag and put brine (salty water to keep it fresh). Keep this bag inside the container, cover it and place it for 10 days in refrigerator.
3. After 10 days take out the brisket from the bag and place it into a pot, add meat, carrot, onion and celery and then cover the mixture with water and then boil it over high heat.
4. When it starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook it for 2 ½ hours until the meat gets tender. Take out from the pot and cut it into slices and serve it.

Beef Roast With Root Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless beef roast, trimmed of fat (5pound)
2. all purpose flour (3tbsp)
3. peeled and celery root (1)
4. salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
5. diced tomatoes (1can)
6. chili powder (2tsp)
7. garlic powder (1tsp)
8. ground cumin (1tsp)
9. maple syrup (1/2c)
10. medium onions, peeled and cut into 8 wedges (2)
11. sweet potatoes cut into 2-inch pieces (2 large)
12. parsnips, peeled and chopped (2)
13. onion powder (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Make this dish in slow cooker. Take a slow cooker. Place chopped onions, celery root, sweet potatoes and parsnips on the bottom of slow cooker. Apply salt, pepper all over the beef and then apply flour over it.
2. Place beef on the top of vegetables in slow cooker to roast it. Take a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and maple syrup. Mix it well and pour it over the beef.
3. Cover it and cook it on low heat for about 12 hours or on high heat for 8 hours. Take out the beef from the slow cooker and cut it into small pieces with fork and knife. Serve it with meal. Keep the left over beef in the refrigerator for another use.

Beef And Horseradish Sauce Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:-
For beef:-
1. Fillet of beef, trimmed and tied (2to3pound)
2. Kosher salt (2tsp)
3. Dijon mustard (1tsp)
4. coarsely ground black pepper (2tsp)
5. unsalted butter (1tbsp)
For sandwich:-
1. 7 grain bread
2. arugula (1bunch)
3. Kosher salt (to taste)
4. freshly ground pepper (to taste)
5. mustard horseradish sauce (1/2 tsp)
6. unsalted butter at room temperature
7. good mayonnaise (3/4c)
8. sour cream (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 500 degrees F. Take a baking sheet, place beef on it and then pat it with paper towel to dry it. , take a small bowl, mix butter and mustard in it.
2. Mix this mixture over the beef with hands and then sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Now place this in oven to roast it for about 22 to 25 minutes for rare or medium heat.
3. Now take out the beef from the oven. Cover it and keep it for about 20 minutes at room temperature. Cut the roasted beef into slices after 20 minutes.
4. To make sandwich, take bread and cut it into ¼ inch slices. Take a bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, a pinch of salt. Mix these well to make 1 cup of mustard horseradish sauce.
5. Spread mustard horseradish sauce over the slice, and then place slices of beef, arugula and then sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste.
6. Spread butter on 4 slices of bread and place it with butter side down on the top of the beef slices. Now the beef and horseradish sauce sandwich gets ready.
