Stir-Fried Beef And Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
Beef flap steak, thinly sliced across the grain (2pound), broccoli, cut into florets and blanched (2large head), red pepper flakes (1 1/2tsp), cornstarch (4tsp), peanut oil divided (4tsp), orange blossom honey (3tsp), soya sauce (2tsp), hoisin sauce (3tsp), grated ginger (4tsp), minced garlic (2tbsp)and Chinese black vinegar (4tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl. Mix garlic, vinegar, ginger, hoisin sauce, soya sauce and honey in this bowl. Mix it well and keep it aside. Take a large frying pan, first heat it over medium heat and then add ½ of the peanut oil. Mix beef in the cornstarch and then put ½ of the beef in the pan. Now cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes. Put ½ of the broccoli in the frying pan, mix it thoroughly with beef. Add ½ of the sauce mixture in the frying pan to coat beef and broccoli and then stir it well. Cook it for about 5 minutes until the sauce gets thickens. Repeat same process on other half of the Ingredients to make more dishes. When it gets ready serve it immediately with rice.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
Beef tenderloin roast (4or5pound), beef broth (1can), Baby Portobello mushroom, sliced (1c), porcini mushroom, sliced (1c), virgin olive oil (2tbsp0, dried basil (1tsp), dried thyme (1tsp), fresh ground black pepper (1tsp), butter (2tbsp), dried oregano (1tsp), garlic powder (1tsp), salt (1tsp), chopped yellow onion (1small), chopped garlic (1clove), cornstarch (1tbsp), cold water (1/4c), Dijon mustard (1tsp) and tomato paste (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take meat, remove the excess fat of meat by trimming and cut off the silver shiny skin from it. Now apply olive oil all over the beef. Take a small bowl, mix garlic powder, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in it. Apply this mixture all over the meat. Take a large frying pan; fry the meat from all sides until it gets crusty. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a shallow roasting pan; place the beef on a rack in this pan. Roast it uncovered for about 35 to 40 minutes. Turn the sides of the beef during roasting. Take out the beef from the oven and keep it aside for 20 minutes before slicing it. Take a large pan, melt butter in it, add onions, mushrooms and garlic in it and saute it for 8 to 10 minutes until the mushrooms get tender. Take a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water in it and then this mixture into the mushrooms. Add beef broth and cook it for 2 minutes until the gravy gets thickens. Then blend it with tomato paste or Dijon mustard. Now take roasted beef tenderloin and sliced it with knife and then serve it with mushroom sauce.

Braised Beef With Barolo Wine Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless bottom round or chunk roast (3to4pound), extra virgin olive oil (2tsp), butter (3tbsp), carrots, cut into large chunks(3), baby Portobello mushrooms, whole (12), celery cut into large chunks (3 stalks), finely chopped garlic (3 cloves), dried thymes (1/2tsp), dried bay leaves (3), fresh ground black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp) and Barolo wine.
Method of preparation:-
Take beef and season it with salt and pepper. Take a large plastic bag, put beef in it. Add bay leaves, thyme, garlic and wine in this bag. Keep this bag in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours by sealing it. Take a large pot, add butter in it. Cook beef in this pot until it gets brown. Marinade the beef in oil and keep it aside. Take out the beef from the pot. Now saute onions, carrots and celery in the pot until it get lightly brown. Add beef in this pot, cover it and cook the beef for about 2 to 3 hours. Take mushrooms and saute these in butter for about 15 minutes and then add over the cooked beef. After cooking serve it with vegetable topping or with Barolo wine sauce.

Beef In Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
Chicken bouillon cubes (6), New York strip steak, cut into (1or2pounds), olive oil (3tbsp), salt and ground black pepper (to taste), tomatoes (6), onions (2), garlic (2cloves) and red pepper (2).
Method of preparation:-
Take beef and cut it into 1 ½ inch cubes with knife. To clean the beef, rinse it in warm water. Take a medium size saucepot. Put olive oil in pot and then put the beef in it. Add bouillon cubes in it with salt and pepper according to taste. Cover the pot and place it over low heat for about 20 minutes until it gets steamed. Take 3 tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1 onion and 1 red pepper, chop it and then blend it to make tomato mixture. Put this tomato mixture into the saucepot with beef. Add olive oil in it and again cook it for 15 minutes. Place it on medium heat and then add remaining 3 tomatoes, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 sliced garlic clove and again cook it for about 15 minutes. Now it is ready to serve.

Bouillon, cubes (3beef), rump roast (14lb), fennel seeds (1/2tsp), onion powder (2tbs), garlic powder (2tbs), oregano (2tsp), water (1 1/2c), bay leaf (3), basil dried (2tsp), red pepper flakes (1tsp), Italian seasoning, dried (2tsp), Italian rolls (8), black pepper (1tsp), garlic salt (1tsp) and sport pepper pickled.
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mix pepper flakes, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, black pepper and garlic salt in it. Mix all the seasoning properly. Take half of the seasoning mixture and apply it over all the surfaces of the roast. Take a large shallow pan. Put meat in it. Roast the meat in the pan for about 15 minutes in an oven. Now reduce the temperature of oven to 350 degrees and again roast the meat for about 25 to 30 minutes. Now take it off from oven and put cold water in the pan. Keep it for sometime until the fat gets solidified. Now discard the fat and put the left over mixture if seasoning in pan. Again place the meat in oven for about 30 minutes. Now take off the meat from the oven and keep it cool for about 20 minutes. Make the slices of meat. Put these slices of meat in a large saucepan with juices, add bouillon cubes, bay leaves and fennel seed and then cook it on low heat or on simmer for about 1 to 2 hours until it cook. Add Italian rolls and sport pepper according to your desire.

Impossible Beef Enchilada Pie Recipe

Bisquick (3/4c), eggs (3), milk (1 1/4c), shredded cheddar cheese (2), finely crushed tortilla chips (2/3c), taco sauce (8oz), pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/2tsp), dried oregano leaves (1/2tsp), chilli powder (2tsp), finely chopped garlic (2cloves), chopped onion (1c), ground beef (1lb)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie plate of 10*1 ½ inch and grease it. Take a saucepan, cook ground beef, onion and garlic in it until turn brown in color. Mix pepper, salt, oregano, chilli powder and taco sauce in it. Dust the tortilla chips in pie plate. Spread the beef mixture and 1 ½ cup of cheese. Take a blender, beat eggs, milk and baking mix in it for about 15 seconds on high speed until it becomes smooth. Now pour this mixture into the pie plate. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it at 400 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Take the left over taco sauce and spread it over the top and then dust the left over cheese on it. Again bake it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Keep it to cool for about 10 minutes and then serve it with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sour cream.

Beef Cassoulet With Herb Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
Lean ground beef (1pound), dried oregano leaves (1tsp), finely chopped garlic (2cloves), chopped onion (1med. about 1/2c), diced tomatoes , undrained (2c), beef flavored broth (3/4c from 32 ounces carton), navy or kidney beans, drained (1can about 15 to 16 ounces), thinly sliced celery stalk (1 medium about 1/2c), dried basil leaves (1/2tsp), water (1c), Original bisquick mix (2c), dried basil leaves (1/4tsp), dried oregano leaves (1/4tsp), milk (2/3c)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a Dutch oven of 4 quarter, cook beef in it for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat by stirring it irregularly until the beef changes to brown in color and then drain it. Mix broth, beans, onion, celery, garlic, ½ teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano and water in it. Keep it to boil and then reduce the heat to low. Take a bowl to prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick, milk, oregano leaves and dried basil leaves to form soft dough. Then drop the dough by 12 spoonfuls into the beef mixture. Keep it to cook uncovered for 10 minutes over low heat and then cover it and cook for 10 minutes more.
