Beef Bake With Garlic-Potato Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
For fillings:- Valley fresh steamers frozen mixed vegetables (1/2), chopped onion (1small about 1/4c), lean ground beef (1lb), Green Giants (1c), condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium (1can about 10 ¾ oz), milk (1/2c), pepper (1/4tsp).
For dumplings:- Original Bisquick mix (1c), milk (1c), roasted garlic mashed potatoes (1 pouch from 7.2-oz).
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a glass baking dish of 11*7 inches about 2 quarter and grease it with cooking spray. Take a frying pan of 12 inches, place it over medium heat and cook beef and onion in it for about 8 to 10 minutes by stirring it irregularly. Then drain it and mix in mixed vegetables, ½ cup of milk, pepper and soup. Keep it to boil and then pour it in baking dish. Take a bowl of medium size, add dry mashed potatoes and mix with bisquick in it. Microwave 1 cup of milk on high for about 2 minutes. Mix the hot milk in bisquick mixture to form dough, keep it for 2 minutes and then drop the dough into the beef mixture by 12 spoonfuls. Now bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes until the dumplings get cooked and changes to light brown in color.

Vegetable Beef Soup With Egg Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
1. Ground beef (1lb)
2. condensed chicken broth (3cans about 10 ¾ oz)
3. shredded cabbage (2c)
4. frozen peas and carrots (1pkg about 10 oz)
5. water (4c)
6. chopped onion (1/2c)
7. pepper (1/2tsp)
8. egg dumplings
For Egg Dumplings:-
1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. egg (1)
3. ground nutmeg (1/8tsp)
4. snipped parsley or 2 teaspoon of parsley flakes (1tbsp)
5. grated parmesan cheese (3tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take Dutch oven, cook ground beef in it until it changes to brown in color and stir it continuously. Then drain it.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients in beef except egg dumplings. Keep the mixture to boil and then reduce the heat to low.
3. Now take a bowl, prepare dumplings in it by mixing bisquick, parsley, cheese and nutmeg in it and then mix the egg in it and mix it well until the mixture gets blended. Then drop the dumplings into the soup with teaspoonfuls. Keep it to simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes until the dumplings get firm.
