Butter Dumplings For Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (1/2c)
2. eggs (2)
3. softened butter (4tbsp)
4. chicken stock (6c)
5. salt and pepper (to taste)
6. minced or grated onion (1/4c)
7. minced fresh parsley leaves (1/4c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, heat butter in it.

2. Take another bowl, beat butter and eggs in it. Mix flour, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in it until the mixture gets well blended. Add 1 tablespoon (at a time) of heated stock until the mixture becomes like soft batter. Then drop the batter into the broth by teaspoonful.

3. Cook it for about 10 minutes until it gets set in broth. When the dumplings get cooked then take out them from broth and serve them at once in soup.

Blackberry Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Bisquick (2c)
2. frozen blackberries (2bags)
3. egg (1)
4. milk (1/2c)
5. water (1/3c)
6. vegetable oil (2tbsp)
7. sugar (1c)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large covered pot, place blackberries in it, add 1/3 cup of water and ½ cup of sugar in it and keep it to boil.

2. Meanwhile, take a small bowl to prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick, egg, milk, vegetable oil, egg and remaining sugar to form dough.

3. Then drop it into berries mixture by spoonful, spacing over the top of pot. Cover the pot and turn down the heat to medium low and keep it to simmer for about 15 minutes. When it gets ready then top it with whipping cream and then serve it.

Beef Cassoulet With Herb Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Lean ground beef (1pound)
2. dried oregano leaves (1tsp)
3. finely chopped garlic (2cloves)
4. chopped onion (1med. about 1/2c)
5. diced tomatoes , undrained (2c)
6. beef flavored broth (3/4c from 32 ounces carton)
7. navy or kidney beans, drained (1can about 15 to 16 ounces)
8. thinly sliced celery stalk (1 medium about 1/2c)
9. dried basil leaves (1/2tsp)
10. water (1c)
11. Original bisquick mix (2c)
12. dried basil leaves (1/4tsp)
13. dried oregano leaves (1/4tsp)
14. milk (2/3c)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a Dutch oven of 4 quarter, cook beef in it for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat by stirring it irregularly until the beef changes to brown in color and then drain it.

2. Mix broth, beans, onion, celery, garlic, ½ teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, diced tomatoes and water in it. Keep it to boil and then reduce the heat to low.

3. Take a bowl to prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick, milk, oregano leaves and dried basil leaves to form soft dough. Then drop the dough by 12 spoonfuls into the beef mixture. Keep it to cook uncovered for 10 minutes over low heat and then cover it and cook for 10 minutes more.

Beef Bake With Garlic-Potato Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
For fillings:- Valley fresh steamers frozen mixed vegetables (1/2), chopped onion (1small about 1/4c), lean ground beef (1lb), Green Giants (1c), condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium (1can about 10 ¾ oz), milk (1/2c), pepper (1/4tsp).
For dumplings:- Original Bisquick mix (1c), milk (1c), roasted garlic mashed potatoes (1 pouch from 7.2-oz).

Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a glass baking dish of 11*7 inches about 2 quarter and grease it with cooking spray. Take a frying pan of 12 inches, place it over medium heat and cook beef and onion in it for about 8 to 10 minutes by stirring it irregularly. Then drain it and mix in mixed vegetables, ½ cup of milk, pepper and soup. Keep it to boil and then pour it in baking dish. Take a bowl of medium size, add dry mashed potatoes and mix with bisquick in it. Microwave 1 cup of milk on high for about 2 minutes. Mix the hot milk in bisquick mixture to form dough, keep it for 2 minutes and then drop the dough into the beef mixture by 12 spoonfuls. Now bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes until the dumplings get cooked and changes to light brown in color.

Autumn Chicken Stew Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4lb cut it into 1 inch pieces)
2. chicken broth (3/4c from 32-oz carton)
3. Progresso chicken (1c)
4. Italian style stewed tomatoes undrained (1can about 14.5 oz)
5. chopped onion (1med. About 1/2c)
6. potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes (2med.)
7. pumpkin pie spice (1tsp)
8. Hubbard squash (1/2)
9. vegetable oil (1tbsp)
10. original bisquick mix (1/4c)
11. chopped fresh parsley or pumpkin pie spice (if desired)

For Dumplings:-
1. Original bisquick mix (1 1/2c)
2. milk (1/2c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take ¼ cup of bisquick in a bowl, add chicken in it and coat it properly.

2. Take Dutch oven of 4 quarter, heat oil in it over medium heat. Cook chicken in it for about 10 to 12 minutes by stirring it irregularly until it turns to pink in color.

3. Mix potatoes, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin, tomatoes, onion and chicken broth in it. Cover it and keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes by stirring it irregularly.

4. Take a bowl, prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick and milk in it to form soft dough. Then drop the dumplings into the stew mixture.

5. Cook it uncovered for about 10 minutes and then cover it and again cook it for about 10 minutes until the vegetables get soft. Now dust the parsley and pumpkin pie spice.

Alfredo Chicken Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Original bisquick mix (1c)
2. Alfredo pasta sauce (3/4c)
3. shredded Swiss cheese (1/2c or 2 oz)
4. frozen sweet peas (1/2c)
5. slivered almonds (2 tablespoon)
6. frozen diced cooked chicken breast (1package about 2 cups)
7. milk (1/3c).

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a saucepan of 1 1/2 –quarter, mix chicken, cheese, peas, almond and Alfredo sauce.

2. Place the pan over medium-high heat and keep it to boil and then pour this mixture into the ungreased casserole of 1 ½ quarter.

3. Take a small bowl to prepare dumplings by mixing bisquick and milk in it to make soft dough. Then drop the dumplings by about 12 tablespoonfuls on the chicken mixture in the casserole.

4. Place the casserole in oven and bake it uncovered for about 20 to 25 minutes until it turns golden brown in color.

Chicken With Paprika Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Bisquick mix (2c)
2. chicken broth (5c)
3. flour (1/3c)
4. bay leaf (1)
5. pepper (1/8tsp)
6. dried thyme leaves (1/2tsp)
7. instant minced onion (1tsp)
8. butter (1/4c)
9. paprika
10. milk (2/3c)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a plastic bag, put chicken in it and add flour in the bag. Shake it until the chicken gets coated.

2. Take a pot of 5 quarters; melt butter in it at 375 degrees. Cook the chicken in it until it gets brown from all sides.

3. Take a pan, mix chicken broth, bay leaf, pepper, thyme and onion in it and then pour this mixture over the chicken. Keep it to boil and reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and then keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken gets soft.

4. Now prepare the dumplings by mixing bisquick and milk to form soft dough. Then drop the dumplings with spoonful into the stew. Dust the paprika over dumplings and keep it to cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Cover it and again cook it for about 10 minutes. Now it is ready.
