Impossible Southwestern Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. frozen whole kernel corn (1 1/2c)
3. eggs (2)
4. thick-and-chunky salsa (1/2c)
5. milk (1/2c)
6. shredded cheddar (1/3c)
7. black beans, rinsed and drained (1can about 15 ounces)
8. chopped green onions (8 medium)
9. additional thick-and-chunky salsa.
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it. Take onions, corn and beans, place them in layers in pie plate. Dust the cheese over them.
2. Take a bowl, beat eggs, ½ cup of salsa, milk and bisquick mix in it until it gets well blended. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes. Then take out the pie from the oven and check it by inserting knife in the center of pie. If the knife comes out clean then the pie is ready. Keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it with salsa.

Impossible Pizza Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. shredded mozzarella cheese (3/4c)
3. chopped green bell pepper (1/4c)
4. sliced pepperoni (1/2package)
5. pizza sauce (1can)
6. eggs (2)
7. milk (1c)
8. grated parmesan cheese (1/3c)
9. chopped onion (1med. Or 1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it. Dust the onion and parmesan cheese in the greased pie plate.
2. Take a bowl, beat, eggs, milk and bis-quick mix in it until it gets blended. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven and then spread the pizza sauce on it and top it with the left over ingredients.
4. Place the pie plate again in oven and bake it for about 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese gets lightly brown. Keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.

Impossible Banana Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1. Bisquick mix (1/2c)
2. Sliced banana (2med.)
3. powdered sugar (2tbsp)
4. chilled whipping cream (1c)
5. granulated sugar (1 1/2c)
6. eggs (3)
7. vanilla (1tsp)
8. melted butter (1/3c)
9. milk (1c)
10. margarine, melted (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a pie plate of 10 inches and grease it.
2. Take a large bowl, beat margarine, eggs, butter, bisquick, granulated sugar, vanilla and milk in it with hand mixer for about 1 minute. Now pour this mixture into the greased pie plate.
3. Place the plate in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool completely. Place the banana slices on pie. Take a chilled bowl, beat powdered sugar and whipping cream in it until it gets stiff then pour it over the top of pie.
Peanut Butter And Chocolate Impossible Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1. Prepared biscuit mix, bisquick (1/2c)
2. chunky peanut butter (2/3c)
3. packed brown sugar (1c)
4. whipping cream (1c)
5. chocolate chips (1pkg. about 6 ounces)
6. chopped peanuts (optional)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a large bowl, beat all the ingredients in it except chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Beat them on high speed for about 1 minute without using the blender.
2. Take an ungreased pie plate of 9*1 ¼ inches. Place it in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes until it gets dry and puffed from the center. Check it by inserting the knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean then it is ready. Then keep it to cool slightly.
3. Take a saucepan, heat chocolate chips in it over low heat by stirring it irregularly until get melted and then spread it over the pie. Dust the chopped peanuts over it and then keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hour until the chocolate gets firm.

Ingredients
1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. peeled and sliced all purpose apples (3c)
3. milk (1/2c)
4. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
5. sugar (1/2c)
6. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp)
7. eggs (2)
8. margarine butter (2tbsp)
9. streusel
Streusel:
1. bisquick (1/2c)
2. margarine or butter (2tbsp)
3. brown sugar packed (1/4c)
4. chopped nuts (1/4c)
Streusel :- Take a bowl, add bisquick mix, margarine or butter, packed brown sugar and chopped nuts in it. Mix them until the mixture gets crumbly.
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 325 degrees f. Take a pie plate of about 9-inch and grease it.
2. Take a bowl, add nutmeg, cinnamon and slices of apples in it. Mix them well. Now place this mixture into the pie plate. Except streusel, mix the remaining ingredients in it and blend them. Make streusel and dust it over the mixture in the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes. Then take it out from the oven and check it by inserting the knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean then the pie is ready. Keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
Red Snapper And Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
For Dumplings:-
1. Original Bisquick mix (2 3/4c)
2. curry powder (1 1/2tsp)
3. water (1/2c)
4. garlic powder ( 1/2tsp)
5. pepper (1/2tsp)
6. salt (1tsp)
7. vegetable oil ( 2tbsp)
Red snapper:-
1. 1 whole red snapper (1 to 1 1/2 pounds)
2. seasoned salt ( 2tsp)
3. butter or margarine (2tbsp)
4. vegetable oil (3/4c)
5. 1 large tomato chopped (1c)
6. garlic powder (1/2tsp)
7. water (2c)
8. 1 medium bell pepper chopped (1c )
9. 1 medium onion chopped (1/2 c)
10. salt (2tsp)
11. curry powder (1 1/2tsp)
12. ground coriander (1/2tsp)
13. pepper (1/2tsp)
14. ground cumin (1/4tsp)
15. finely chopped garlic (2 cloves)
16. whole allspice (5)
17. dried bay leaves (4)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix dumpling ingredients in it except ½ teaspoon of salt and oil. Mix it well to form dough. Place the dough surface dusted with bisquick mix and then knead it for about 10 times. Now roll the kneaded dough and then cut it into rectangular shape.
2. Take large pot of 5 quarters, fill it 2/3rd with water. Keep it to boil, mix remaining salt and 1 tablespoon of oil in it. Put half of the rectangles in boiling water. Add 1 to 2 at a time and mix it slowly to keep them separate. Keep it to boil uncovered for about 20 minutes. Take out the dumplings with slotted spoon and mix them with half of the remaining oil. Use plastic wrap to cover the dumplings and keep them aside.
3. Now take fish, wash it and then pat dry it with with the help of paper towel. Mix garlic powder, seasoned salt together and then rub it on the inside and surface of fish. Now heat oil over medium-high heat in a heavy frying pan of about 12-to 14-inch. For 8 minutes,cooked it in oil, then only for one time turn it, till it is easily sliced with fork. When fish become medium dark brown on both sides, remove it and drain oil from frying pan.
4. Now over high heat, same frying pan is heated, then fish is placed in it. Add all remaining ingredients when fish begins to sizzle. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, spoon the mixture over it. Then heat is reduced to low level. For 35 minutes cover and simmer it; occasionally spoon sauce over fish. Heat it to boiling and then reduce over low heat. For 15 minutes cover and simmer it. At last bay leaves are removed.
Tomato-Vegetable Stew With Cheddar Cheese Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
For Stew:-
1. Progresso chicken broth (1 3/4c from 32 oz carton)
2. Progresso diced tomatoes, undrained (1can about 28 oz)
3. frozen Italian green beans (2c)
4. coarsely chopped celery (3/4c about 1 to 2 med. Stalks)
5. coarsely chopped onions (3 1/2c about 2 to 3 large)
6. vegetable oil (2tbsp)
7. pepper (1/4tsp)
8. dried basil leaves (1tsp)
Cheddar Cheese Dumplings:-
1. Self rising flour (1 1/2c)
2. milk (2/3c)
3. shortening (1/4c)
4. ground mustard (2tsp)
5. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1/2c about 2 oz)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a Dutch oven of 4 to 5 quarter, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it. Add celery and onions in it and cook them by stirring constantly until they get soft.
2. Mix the remaining stew ingredients in it and keep it to boil. Turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer uncovered for about 15 to 20 minutes until the beans get soft.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, mix flour and mustard with fork in it. Cut in the shortening until it looks like crumbs. Add cheese and milk in it and mix it until the dry ingredients get moistened to form dough.
4. Then drop the dough into the simmering stew by tablespoonfuls. Cover it and cook it for about 20 to 25 minutes over low heat until the dumplings get soft when pressed.
