Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (3 to 5 c)
2. pumpkin puree (16 oz)
3. brown sugar (3/4c)
4. white sugar (2c)
5. eggs (4)
6. vegetable oil (1c)
7. baking soda (2tsp)
8. ground cinnamon (1 1/2tsp)
9. ground nutmeg (1 pinch)
10. butter for baking dish

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, spices, salt and sugar in it. Mix it with spoon or with hands.

2. Take another bowl, mix pumpkin puree and oil in it. Then beat eggs in it one by one.

3. Take the bowl of flour mixture and then make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Now pour the mixture of pumpkin in this well. Mix all the ingredients with your hands until gets smooth.

4. Take 2 loaf pans and buttered them. Pour the batter into these pans and then bake for about 1 hour or until the tooth pick inserted in it comes out clean.

5. Keep it cool before taking out the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature. It can be served with cream cheese spread on the top.

Classic Spiced Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cubed bread (4c)
2. granulated sugar (1/2c)
3. milk (2c)
4. vanilla (1tsp)
5. cinnamon (1tsp)
6. eggs (2)
7. nutmeg (a pinch)
8. salt (a pinch)
9. raisins can
10. mixed brown or yellow (handful)
11. butter for baking dish

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. take a bowl, mix milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices in it. Mix it thoroughly.

2. Add bread and raisins in it. When the bread gets penetrated with milk and takes out it with wooden spoon.

3. Take a 1 1/2 quart casserole and butter it. Now pour bread pudding in it. Place the casserole dish in oven and bake it for about 1 hour. When it gets ready then serve it immediately while taking out from the oven or wait until warm.

Crusty Italian Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1. Wheat flour (500gm)
2. fresh brewer?s yeast (25gm)
3. olive oil (25gm)
4. honey (1spoon)
5. lukewarm water (270gm)
6. salt (to taste)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take lukewarm water and dilute yeast in it and then add flour and salt in it. Mix it with fork. Mix it as long as you can. When the dough gets too thick then knead it until it becomes smooth and elastic.

2. Place the dough in warm place for whole night. In the morning, knead it again and then add olive oil. Give the dough, yours favorite shapes and keep for about 1 hour to rise or double in size.

3. Now place the dough in baking pan and then place it in oven. Bake it for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F or until gets golden and crusty.

Italian Christmas Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1. Wheat flour (800gm)
2. butter (150gm)
3. eggs (6)
4. milk (60ml)
5. raisins (60gm)
6. assorted finely minced candied fruits (70gm)
7. sugar (400gm)
8. butter (50gm)
9. yeast (15gm)
10. salt (a pinch)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take warm water in a bowl, add yeast in it and then add 200 grams of flour, scalded milk in it. Cover the bowl and keep it in warm place for a night.

2. In the morning, knead it and add 100 grams of flour in the bowl and little warm water if needed. Now keep it for at least 4 hours.

3. Soak raisins in warm water. Melt the butter in a pan, sugar, a pinch salt and water in the pan. Now add 2 full eggs and 4 egg whites in it. Mix it and then put remaining flour in this mixture.

4. Add candied fruits and raisins in the dough. Keep the dough for more 4 hours. Now place the dough on baking pan.

5. Place the pan in oven and bake it for 40 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade until the crust becomes golden brown. When it gets ready then serve it.

Red Pepper Flat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (2 3/4c)
2. active dry yeast (1pkg)
3. red pepper cut into ¼ inch rings (2)
4. olive oil (1tsp)
5. sliced onion (1)
6. grated parmesan cheese (2tsp)
7. warm water (1c)
8. olive oil (1/4c)
9. salt (1/4c)
10. sugar (2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First add yeast in warm water. Take a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, salt and sugar in it. Add 1/4cup of oil and warm water and then add yeast in it. Beat all the ingredients on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Add more flour until the dough becomes soft and leave the sides of the bowl.

2. Place the dough on the lightly floured surface. Knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in greased bowl, cover it and then keep it in warm place for about 1 hour to rise or double in size.

3. Now heat the oven in 425 degrees. Take a frying pan, put 1 teaspoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and then cook red bell pepper and onion in it over medium heat until get soft and then keep it aside.

4. Take 2 baking sheets and grease them. Punch the dough and then divide it in half. Roll the half in flattened shape and place on baking sheet.

5. Cover it and place it for 20 minutes in warm place to rise in size. Now prick the dough from center and from edges with fork and then brush with oil.

6. Place peppers on flat breads and sprinkle cheese on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes until gets golden brown.

Macaroni Grill Foccacia Recipe

Ingredients
1. Unsifted all purpose flour (3c)
2. unsifted semolina flour (3/4c)
3. quick rising dry yeast (1 1/2tsp)
4. olive oil (9tsp)
5. fresh rosemary leaves (1tsp)
6. salt divided (1/2tsp)
7. hot milk (1 1/2c)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a cake pan of 9 inch. Pour and spread olive oil in it. Spread it properly to cover the bottom and sides.

2. Take a bowl of mixer. Put all purpose flour, semolina flour, 2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4teaspoonof salt and yeast in it. Mix all these ingredients with hand and then blend on medium speed.

3. Reduce the speed of blender and then add hot milk again blend on medium speed for about 5 minutes to form dough. Now sprinkle the flour on cake pan.

4. Take out the dough from the bowl of mixer and spread out in the cake pan. Cover the pan with clean towel and keep it for 30 minutes. Now heat the oven to 400 degrees.

5. Take off the towel from the pan and then brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary and salt to top the dough. Place the pan in preheated oven and bake it for about 20 minutes. Then out the loaves from oven and then drizzle with remaining oil.

Make 6 to 8 servings

Pepperoni And Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chopped pepperoni (10 ounces)
2. butter or margarine (1tsp)
3. dry yeast (2pkg)
4. warm water (1 1/4c)
5. beaten egg (1)
6. thin slice provolone (27 slices)
7. bread flour (3 1/4c)
8. salt (1tsp)
9. sugar (1tsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a bowl of warm water. Put yeast in the bowl and mix it until it gets dissolve. Then add butter, salt, sugar and 3 cups of flour and beat it until it becomes smooth. Beat it with flat beater. Then add the remaining flour to make soft dough.

2. Place the dough on lightly floured surface and knead it until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Take a bowl, butter it and then place the dough in it. Cover the bowl and keep it in warm place to rise or double in size for about 1 hour. Now punch the dough and divide into 3 pieces. Roll each piece into a rectangle shape pieces of 12×8 inch.

4. Place the slices of provolone on each rectangle piece and then spread of the pepperoni on the cheese and then roll it and seal the seam. Make more rolls in the same way.

5. Take two baking sheets and grease them. Place the rolls in these sheets and then cover it and keep it warm place to rise or double in size for about 1 hour. Brush the loaves with beaten eggs.

6. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 400ºF. Cool it slightly and then serve. Place the left over rolls in the refrigerator and again heat before serving.
