Crockpot Lemon Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces (6), frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (6oz), lemon juice (3tbsp), brown sugar (3tbsp), ketchup (3tbsp), balsamic vinegar (1tbsp), olive oil (2tbsp), pepper (1/8tsp), flour (1/3c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a shallow dish, mix flour, pepper and salt in it. Take a nonstick frying pan, place it over medium high heat and then heat olive oil in it. Take chicken pieces, coat them in the mixture of flour and fry them in oil in the pan until they get brown. Take out the chicken from pan and place it in Crockpot of 3-4 quarters. Take a small bowl, mix lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar in it. Mix it well and cook it for 7 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 on high heat. When sauce gets ready then take a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water in it. Add this mixture into the sauce. Cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes on high until it gets thickened. Serve it with hot cooked rice.

Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed (2lbs)
2. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
3. chopped onion (2)
4. refrigerated fettuccine (9oz pkg.)
5. minced garlic (2cloves)
6. frozen broccoli florets (4c)
7. chopped red bell peppers (1)
8. Alfred sauce (16oz-jar)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a Crockpot of 4 quarters, place chicken, garlic, red bell peppers and onions in it and then pour the Alfred sauce over it. Cover the pot and cook it for about 7 to 8 hours on low heat.

2. Take broccoli, thaw and drain it and then add it to the Crockpot with fettuccine. Mix it well. Cover the Crockpot and cook it for about 30 to 40 minutes on high heat until the fettuccine gets soft and broccoli gets hot.

3. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over it and then serve it.

Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (4)
2. water or red wine (1/3c)
3. tomato sauce (1can about 15 oz)
4. flour (2tbsp)
5. boneless chicken legs, skin removed (4)
6. dried Italian seasoning (1tsp)
7. sliced mushrooms, drained (1jar about 4 oz)
8. chopped green bell peppers (2)
9. minced garlic (4cloves)
10. chopped onions (2)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take chicken thighs and legs and cut them into 1 inch pieces. Take a slow cooker; mix all the ingredients in it except flour and water.

2. Cover the cooker and cook for about 6 to 7 hours on low heat until the chicken gets cooked.

3. Take a small bowl, mix flour and water or red wine in it. Mix it well and then pour it over the chicken mixture.

4. Again mix it and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes on high heat until the mixture gets thickened. When it gets ready then serve it over the hot cooked egg noodles.

Creamy Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs (4)
2. chili and sour cream dipping sauce (optional)
3. lemon zest (1lemon)
4. salt (1tsp)
5. pepper (1tsp)
6. basil (2tbsp)
7. Greek style garlic (3cloves or 2tsps)
8. yogurt (1c or 250ml)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken thighs, remove the sirloins from the thighs and tenderize them until they get even thickness. Mix lemon zest and pepper and then marinate the chicken in it for about 2 hours.

2. Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and fry the chicken for 1 minute from each side. Take out the chicken from the pan and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes.

3. Take a bowl, mix Greek style garlic, yogurt, basil and salt in it. Then spread this mixture over one side of chicken. Then roll the the thigh and tie it with string.

4. Now place the chicken in oven and cook it at 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes. Serve it with yogurt and sour cream, chicken gravy, mild chili and potato wedges. Decorate it with parsley.

Chicken With Mango, Honey And Shallots

Ingredients
1. Shallots (250gms)
2. boned and skinned chicken thighs (900gms)

For marinade:-
1. Spicy mango chutney (250 gms)
2. salt (a pinch)
3. tomato sauce, ketchup (1tbsp)
4. curry powder e.g. Madras style (1/2tsp)
5. water (1tbsp)
6. honey (1tbsp)
7. white wine vinegar (1tbsp)
8. balsamic vinegar (1tbsp)
9. vegetable oil (1tbsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large bowl; mix the ingredients of marinade in it. Add chicken in the marinade mixture and coat it properly. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to marinate.

2. Take a casserole dish, place the chicken in it and then add shallots and marinade in it.

3. Cover the dish, place it in oven and bake it for about 50 to 55 minutes at fan oven at 170 to 180 degrees C. After 25 minutes uncover the bowl and turn the sides of chicken pieces and again bake it.

4. When it gets ready then takes it out and serves it with cucumber and rice.

Bourbon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1. Bourbon (100ml)
2. chicken meat from thighs (500gms)
3. crushed dry red pepper flakes (1/4tsp)
4. crushed garlic (1clove)
5. chopped green onions (3tbsp)
6. shredded ginger (1/4tsp)
7. sugar (100gms)
8. soy sauce (100ml)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take chicken thighs, remove the bones and skin from the thighs. Then cut the thighs into small bite size pieces.

2. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients in it and mix them properly. Now cover the bowl tightly with wrap. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

3. Heat the oven to 175 degrees C. Take a baking dish, place the chicken with marinade to a baking dish. Place the dish in oven and bake the chicken in one layer for about an hour. Basting it a number of times while baking the chicken. If the sauce gets too much thickened then add some water in it. When it gets ready serve it over plain rice.

Onion- Crunch Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken thighs (4 about 5oz)
2. bread crumbs (3/4c)
3. lightly beaten egg white (1)
4. freshly ground black pepper (1/4tsp)
5. dehydrated onion soup mix (1/4c)
6. dried oregano (1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a baking sheet, spray it with cooking spray.

2. Take a sheet of waxed paper, mix oregano, bread crumbs, onion soup mix and pepper in it. Mix it well, dip the chicken thighs in egg white and then dredge it in bread crumbs mixture. Turn the sides of chicken to coat and pat it so that the bread crumbs get stick.

3. Place the chicken in baking sheet. Bake it for about 30 minutes until the chicken gets cooked. Turn it once while baking. Then serve it at once.
