Chicken Pasta Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken breast, skinned, boned and cubed (1lb), seasoned bread crumbs (2tbsp), parmesan cheese (2tbsp), Ranch dressing (1c), cooked noodles, rigatoni (2c), ripe pitted olives, drained (1small can about 8 oz), sliced mushrooms, drained (1can about 4oz), olive oil (1tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large frying pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and fry the chicken in it until it gets brown. Take a pan of 9*13 inches, grease it and put cooked noodles in it. Add chicken to the noodles in the pan. Mix olives, mushrooms and ranch dressing in it. Sprinkle the cheese and bread crumbs over it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees of temperature until the mixture gets heat well.

Chicken And Pasta Puttanesca Recipe

Ingredients
Chopped and cooked chicken (2c), crushed dried red peppers (1/2tsp), capers (1tbsp optional), reduced sodium chicken broth (1/4c) or dry white wine (1/4c), sliced pitted ripe olives (1/2c), Ragu Light pasta sauctomato and herb (1jar about 27 ½ ounces), minced garlic (3cloves), vegetable oil or olive oil (1tbsp), grated parmesan cheese (optional), uncooked thin spaghetti (8ounces)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and add garlic in it . Cook it for about 1 minute by stirring it regularly. Add pasta sauce, capers, wine, olives and red pepper in it. Keep this mixture to boil. Then turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Then mix the chicken in it. Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and place it in a serving bowl. Mix the hot pasta with sauce and sprinkle cheese over it and then serve it.

Asparagus And Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken breasts, skinned and boned (4), white wine (2tsp), asparagus, pasta, such as penne (1pkg ), parmesan cheese (1/2c), salt and pepper, basil (1/2tsp), olive oil (2tsp).

Method Of Preparation:-

First take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Cut and throw the woody ends of asparagus and then cut it into 2 inch pieces. During the last 3 minutes of cooking of pasta, add the cut pieces of asparagus in it and cook it.. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and add chicken in it. Cook it for about 3 minutes and then mix wine and seasonings according to taste in it. Drain pasta and asparagus from the pot and mix it with the chicken mixture and then serve it.

Three Pepper Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into ½ inch strips (2), uncooked linguine or vermicelli (8oz), pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1/4tsp), flour (2tbsp), milk (3/4c), chopped fresh basil (2tsp), grated parmesan cheese (4tbsp), yellow bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips (1), green bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips (1), red bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips (1), sliced fresh mushrooms (1 1/2c about 4oz)

Method Of Preparation:-
Cook pasta in a pot according to the instructions on package. Drain it and wash it with hot water. Take a small bowl, blend flour, milk, salt an pepper in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Keep the bowl aside. Take a nonstick frying pan, grease it with cooking spray. Place it over medium high heat. Fry chicken and mushrooms in it for about 3 minutes by stirring. Add bell peepers in it and fry them for about 3 to 5 minutes until the peppers get crispy and chicken gets pink. Add milk mixture in it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture gets thickened. Mix basil and 3 tablespoon of parmesan cheese in it. Add cooked pasta in it and mix it. Take a serving dish, place the mixture in it with spoon and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over it. Serve it at once.

Chicken Cacciatore With Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Spaghetti (2lb), Rosemary (1tsp), oregano (1/2tsp), ripe olives (1/2c), celery stalks (2 to 3), minced garlic (2cloves), mushrooms (1lb), red pepper (1), green pepper (1), onion (1large), boneless chicken (3.75lb), tomato sauce (1large can), tomato paste (1small can), peeled tomatoes (1can), red wine (1/2c), flour, olive oil (1/2c), salt and pepper (to taste), sugar (1tsp), dried basil (1tbsp)chopped freshly parsley (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, add flour in it and mix salt and pepper to flour. Take chicken and wash it and then coat it in flour. Take a saucepan, heat olive oil in it. Cook chicken in it until it gets brown. Drain it and keep it aside. Then sauté onion, mushrooms, olives, garlic, celery, green and red peppers in 4 tablespoon of oil pan until they get soft. Keep it aside. Take a large bowl, mix rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato product, sugar and wine in it. Add water in it if the mixture is thick to make it thin. Then add brown vegetables in it and mix it well. Take pyrex dish, pour some sauce in it and place chicken in it and then pour the remaining sauce over it. Place the dish in oven and cook it for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Now cook spaghetti in water, drain it and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it. Pour the chicken cacciatore over spaghetti and then serve it.

Circosta’s Pasta With Chicken And Sausage Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (1lb), thyme (1/2tsp), basil (1 1/2tsp), plum tomatoes (1 1/2cans about 23oz), chopped garlic (3cloves), sliced onion (1), olive oil (1 1/2tsp), hot Italian sausage (1/2lb), dry pasta (1/2lb), crushed red pepper (1/4tsp), minced parsley (1tbsp), black olives (1/3c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take sausage and cut it into slices. Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and cook sausage in oil until it gets brown. Add onion in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they get soft. Then add chopped garlic in it and cook it for 2 minutes. Now drain the tomatoes from the can, chop and mix in the pan with thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Keep this mixture to simmer for about 20 minutes by stirring it irregularly. Now cut the chicken into ½ inch strips and the olives into quarter. Then add chicken, parsley, olives and red pepper in the pan and keep to simmer for about 10 minutes. Now season the mixture with salt and pepper according to taste. Cook the pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until it gets soft and then drain it and place it in serving bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over pasta and serve it.

Chicken Pasta Salad In Creamy Curry Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, poached and cut into bite size pieces (1whole), rotelle pasta (1/4lb), finely chopped fresh basil leaves (1tbsp), thinly sliced scallions (2), heavy cream (1/4c), unsalted butter (1tbsp), minced fresh ginger roots (1tsp), minced garlic (1/2tsp), chopped mango chutney (1tbsp), red pepper flakes (to taste), curry powder (3/4tsp), white wine vinegar (1tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it until it gets soft and then drain it. Wash the cooked pasta with cold water and drain it and then place it in a bowl. Mix basil, scallions, tomatoes and chicken in pasta bowl. Now take a saucepan to prepare dressing, place it over low heat. Heat butter in it and cook ginger, carrot and garlic in it until garlic gets soft. Add cream in it and cook it until the mixture gets thickened. Then mix vinegar, pepper flakes, curry powder and chutney in it and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into the pasta mixture and mix it well. Season it with salt and pepper.
