Honey Dijon Fettuccine And Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken breasts halves, cooked (4), fettuccine, cooked according to package instructions (1package about 9 ounce), red onion strips (1/2c), red bell pepper strips (1/2c), yellow bell pepper strips (1/2c), cornstarch (2tbsp), honey (2tbsp0, Dijon mustard (2tbsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a small bowl, mix cornstarch, mustard, broth and honey in it until the mixture gets smooth. Take a frying pan of medium size, place the mixture in it and then add bell peppers, chicken breasts and onion in it. Slowly boil this mixture and then turn down the heat to low. Cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables get soft and crisp, sauce gets thickened and the chicken gets heated. Take cooked fettuccine in a bowl. Pour the sauce over fettuccine and then serve it.

Mexican Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredient
Penne pasta (400 to 500gms), water (1c), tomato paste (2tbsp), packed taco seasoning (1*35gms), diced capsicum (1red), corn kernals, drained (1*425gms), cut or roughly chopped chicken thigh fillets (500gms).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a frying pan, grease it and then add chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets brown. Then add capsicum, kernels and taco seasoning in the chicken and mix it well. Cook this mixture for about 2 minutes over low heat. Add water and tomato paste in it and keep it to boil. Now turn down the heat to low and keep the mixture to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Meanwhile take a large pan of boiling water and then cook pasta in it until the chicken gets soft and then drain it. Now add the cooked and drained pasta to the chicken mixture and mix it well.

Chicken And Chorizo Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast fillets, cubed (40, penne pasta (250gms), passata (1/2jar about 600 gms), fresh chorizo sausage, diced (1), chopped red pepper (1), olive oil (1tbsp), freshly grated parmesan cheese (25gms), grated mozzarella cheese (50gms), grated cheddar cheese (50gms), dried red chili flakes (optional), single cream (250ml)

Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 190 degrees c. Take a large pot of lightly salted water. Keep it to boil and cook pasta in it for 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Drain it and keep it aside. Take a large deep frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Add chicken in it and cook it for about 5 minutes until it gets soft and lightly brown. Mix chorizo and red pepper in it and cook it for about 5 minutes and then take off the pan from heat. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium high heat and pour passata, chili flakes and cream in it. Keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce gets thickened. Add chicken, drained pasta and sauce to the frying pan and mix it well. Take an oven proof dish; place the mixture in it with a spoon. Then dust the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on the top. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes until the mixture gets bubbly and top gets golden in color.

Chicken Milano Recipe

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (1pound), heavy cream (1c), chicken broth, divided (1c), sun-dried chopped tomatoes (1/2c), minced garlic (2cloves), butter (1tbsp), dry fettuccini pasta (8ounces), chopped fresh basil (2tbsp), vegetable oil (2tbsp), salt and pepper (to taste).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large saucepan, place it over low heat, melt butter in it and add garlic in it and cook it for about 30 seconds. Add ¾ cup of chicken broth and tomatoes in it. Increase the heat to medium and then keep the mixture to boil. Now turn down the heat, keep it to simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Then add cream in it and keep the mixture to boil by stirring until the gravy gets thickened. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of chicken. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and cook chicken in it for about 4 minutes. Place it in a bowl, cover it and keep it warm. Throw out fat from pan. Boil ¼ cup of chicken broth in the pan over medium heat by stirring it. When it gets reduced then adds cream sauce and basil in it. Adjust the seasoning according to taste. Meanwhile cook pasta in large bowl of salted water until it gets soft. Place the drained pasta in a bowl and mix 3 to 4 tablespoon of sauce in it. Now cut the chicken breast into slices. Heat the sauce. Place the pasta in serving plate, place chicken slices on top and coat with cream sauce. Now it is ready to serve.

Pasta With Peas And Pesto Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken breasts, cut into 2cm pieces (400gms), dried pasta, farfalle, penne or similar (300gms), grated cheddar cheese (2tbsp), red pesto (3tbsp), vegetable or rapeseed oil (1tbsp), frozen peas (250gms).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pot of salted water, keep it to boil and then cook pasta in it for about 10 minutes until it gets soft. Then add beans in it and boil it for about 1 minute and drain it properly and place in serving bowl. Meanwhile, take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and then add the chicken pieces in the pan. Fry the chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken gets lightly brown and cooked. Add pesto in it and cook for few minutes. Now place the pesto chicken into the drained pasta and peas. Mix it well and sprinkle salt and pepper over it according to taste. Dust the grated cheese on top and serve it with crusty bread.

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets, cut into strips (3), farfalle pasta (1package about 500gm), balsamic vinegar (8tbsp), chopped fresh basil leaves (handful0, thickly sliced courgette (1), yellow pepper, cut into strips (1), red pepper, cut into strips (10, red pepper, cut into strips (1), minced garlic (8cloves), salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste), olive oil, divided (2tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take pasta; cook it according to instructions on package. Drain it and keep it aside. Take a large pan, place it over medium heat. Sauté garlic in it for about 2 minutes. And then add chicken in it and cook it gats cooked. Then take it out from the pan and keep it aside. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan and heat it. Sauté courgette, yellow, red and green peppers in it until they get soft. Take a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, basil, pepper mixture, chicken and farfalle in it. Mix it properly and then serve it.

Ingredients
Skinless. Boneless chicken breasts halves, cut into bite size pieces (1pound), farfalle pasta, or bow tie (1pound), Italian seasoned bread crumbs (1c), water (2tbsp), egg (1), olive oil, divided (4tbsp), grated parmesan cheese (1/2c), grape tomatoes (1/2pint), Greek Salad dressing (1c), chopped fresh mushrooms (1/2c), chopped yellow bell pepper (1/2), chopped green bell pepper (1/2), chopped red bell pepper (1/2), chopped onion (1), minced garlic (1clove).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft and then drain it. Take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in it. Take a bowl, mix egg and water in it. Take another bowl, add bread crumbs in it. Take chicken pieces, first dip them in egg mixture and then coat them with bread crumbs. Put the coated chicken pieces in frying pan and cook them for about 5 minutes from all sides until they get golden brown. Drain them on paper towel. Take another frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat the left over oil in it and add mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion and garlic in it. Cook this mixture by stirring until the vegetables get soft. Take a large bowl, mix pasta, vegetables and chicken in it and then add Greek dressing in it. Mix it well and add tomatoes over it. Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the top.
