Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Sugar free chunky peanut butter (3/4c), low sugar cake mix (1), oil (1/3c), water (1c), eggs (3), sugar free caramel syrup (1tbsp) and vanilla (2tsp).
For Frosting:- Skim milk (4tbsp), no sugar chunky peanut butter (3/4c), butter (2tbsp), powdered sugar (1lb), vanilla (1tbsp), sugar free caramel syrup (2tbsp) and peanuts to sprinkle on the top (optional).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, place peanut butter in it. Add eggs and oil in it and beat well and then add cake mix and water in it. Now add flavoring and mix them well. Take cake pans, coat them with cooking spray and then pour the mixture in these cake pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Then take out the pans from oven and keep them to cool for about 10 minutes and then place on rack to cool completely. To prepare the frosting, take a mixing bowl, mix all the Ingredients of frosting in it and beat the mixture until it becomes creamy and gets thick enough to spread on cooled cake. Low sugar Ingredients use in this recipe makes it healthier.

Tonka Bean Creme Caramel Recipe
Ingredients
Tonka beans, grated with microplane (2), scalded milk (5c), water (1/4c for caramel), sugar (2/3c for caramel), egg yolks (8), eggs (4), sugar (1c for custard).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a stainless steel bowl, add eggs and 1 cup of sugar in it and mix them. Take a small saucepan, put milk in it and add grated tonka beans in it. Place the pan over medium high heat. Heat milk until it begins to boil. Take off the pan from heat. Then pour milk over the egg mixture. Mix it well and then keep it to cool for few minutes. In the same time make caramel, take a small pot. Add water and 1 cup of sugar in it. Cook it over high heat. Wait until the sugar gets caramelized and changes to nut brown color. Take off the pan from heat and pour the caramel into the bottom of each ramekin. Keep the ramekins aside to set. Then pour the custard mix over the caramel ramekins. Now cook in a bain-marie filled half way with water. When it gets cooked then place it in refrigerator for overnight. Next day remove the ramekins and place the caramels on serving plate to serve.

All purpose flour (2 1/2c), corn oil (1/2c), grated zest of (1 orange), superfine sugar (1/2c), butter, softened (1/2c), orange juice (1/2c), ground cloves (1tsp), ground cinnamon (1tsp), baking powder (4tsp), semolina (1 1/2c).
For Syrup:- Water (1c), lemon juice (2tsp), cinnamon (1stick), honey (1/2c), white sugar (1c).
For Garnish:- Finely chopped walnuts (1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take cookie sheets, grease them and keep them aside. Take a large bowl, add orange zest, superfine sugar and butter in it and then cream this mixture. Slowly add oil in it and beat it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Take a bowl, mix flour, cloves, cinnamon and baking powder in it. Then add flour mixture alternately with orange juice into the fluffy mixture. Beat the mixture until it becomes thicken. Place the mixture on lightly floured surface and then knead it to for firm dough. Take about 1tablespoon of dough and make small balls or ovals. Then place the cookies on greased cookie sheets about 2-inch apart. Place the sheets in oven and bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes until the cookies changes to golden color. Take out the sheets from oven and keep the cookies to cool on sheets.
To Make Syrup:- Take a saucepan of medium size, place it over medium heat. Add water, honey, white sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick in it. Keep this mixture to boil for about 10 minutes. Then take out the cinnamon stick. Dip cookies, one at a time in the mixture while it is boiling hot. Place them on rack to dry and then dust walnuts over them. Now store the cookies in sealed container and keep them at room temperature.
Makes about 60 cookies
Honey Pie From Sifnos Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (1 3/4c), cold water (1/4c), butter, cut into small pieces (1/2c), white sugar (2tsp), all purpose flour (1tbsp), white sugar (1/4c), eggs (4), ricotta cheese (1 container about 16 ounce), thyme honey (1/4c), ground cinnamon, divided (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large bowl, add 2 tablespoon of sugar and 1 ¾ cups of flour in it. Cut in butter until the mixture becomes crumbly. Mix about 1 tablespoon of water at a time in it to form dough . Make a ball of dough and wrap it in a plastic sheet and then keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Now heat the oven to 350 degrees For 175 degrees C. Take a pie pan of 10-inch. Roll dough in lightly floured surface and spread it in pan and then trim the excess from the edges of the pan. Use fork to pierce the bottom of dough and then keep aside the bowl. Take a large bowl, beat eggs in it until soft peaks get form. Slowly beat 1 tablespoon of flour, ¼ cup of sugar and half of the cinnamon in it. Keep on beating this mixture until hard peaks get form. Beat honey in it and then add ricotta cheese in it and mix it well. Now pour this mixture into the pie shell and make it smooth with moistened knife. Place the pie shell in oven and bake it for about 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F until the center of the pie gets set and the color changes to golden brown. Take out the pie from oven and dust the rest of the cinnamon over it.

Xerotigana: Honey-Dipped Spiral Pastries Recipe
Ingredients
For Dough:- Water (1 cup and 2 tbsp), olive oil (2/3 cup), freshly squeezed orange (2/3 cup), all purpose flour (6-8 cups) and lemon juice (2/3 cups).
For The Syrup:- Cinnamon (1 stick), water (1 cup), honey (1 cup) and sugar (1 cup).
For The Topping:- Ground cinnamon (1 tbsp), finely chopped walnuts (1/4 cup), toasted sesame seeds (1/4 cup) and olive oil (for frying).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large bowl, add 6 cups of flour and the rest of the Ingredients in it. Mix them and then knead for at least 5 minutes to make it smooth. Keep the dough aside for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile make syrup in a saucepan, add all the Ingredients of syrup in it and keep it to boil. Then turn down the heat to low and keep the syrup hot without boiling. Now take dough and divide it into equal parts. Roll out each part of dough with rolling pin into long strips about 5 inch wide and 30 to 36 inch long. Dust flour over the strips to keep them dry. Then cut them into 1-inch wide strips. Circle the long strips of dough around your two fingers, then on three finger and then on four to make loose spiral. Then put the spirals in hot oil. The dough is so thin that it will puffs as it fries and gets uncurl. Place the tine of fork in the center of spiral and turn them. When the spiral gets golden, then drain them on paper towels. Then place the spiral one at a time in steaming hot syrup for about 5 to 6 seconds on each side. Then take out them with slotted spoon on serving platter. Mix cinnamon, sesame seeds and walnuts and then dust over the spirals. Now the spiral pastry is ready to serve.
Makes about 60 large spirals.
Greek Honey Cake Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (1c), butter (3/4c), baking powder (1 1/2tsp), orange zest (1tsp), ground cinnamon (1/2tsp), salt (1/4tsp), chopped walnuts (1c), milk (1/4c), eggs (3), white sugar (3/4c).
For Honey Syrup:- Water (3/4c), honey (1c), white sugar (1c), lemon juice (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a square pan of 9-inch, grease and flour it. Take a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and orange rind in it. Then keep it aside. Take a large bowl, add ¾ cup of sugar and butter in it and cream them until it becomes light and fluffy. Beat eggs in it one by one. Then beat flour mixture in it alternately with milk. Beat the mixture until it gets mixed well. Mix chopped walnuts in it. Now pour the batter into the greased pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Keep it to cool for about 15 minutes. When the cake gets cool then cut it into diamond shapes and then pour the honey syrup over the cake.
For Honey Syrup:- Take a saucepan, add water, 1 cup of sugar and honey in it. Keep this mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix lemon juice in it and again keep it to boil and then cook it for 2 minutes.

Cranberry Baklava Recipe
Ingredients
Fresh or frozen cranberries, finely chopped (1 1/2c), butter, melted (1c), frozen phyllo dough, thawed (1package about 16 ounce), honey (1 1/2c), ground cinnamon (1tsp), sugar (1c), finely chopped walnuts (1c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a baking dish of 13*9*2-inch, grease it. Take phyllo dough; trim it to get fit in the pan. Spread the 6 sheets of phyllo dough in greased baking dish. Take a bowl, mix cranberries, cinnamon, sugar and walnuts in it. Dust 1 ¼ cups of cranberry mixture over the top layer of phyllo. Layer and brush the 6 layers of phyllo dough with butter and again spread 1 ¼ cups of cranberry mixture on the top. Again layer and brush 6 more sheets of dough and then spread the rest of the cranberry mixture on the top. Again top with rest of the dough sheets, brush each sheet with butter. Take a knife and cut halfway through layers to make about 24 pieces. Place the pieces in oven and bake them for about 60 to 70 minutes at 325 degrees F until they get golden brown color. Take a small saucepan, place it over heat. Add honey in it and heat it over low heat until it gets warm and thin and then pour it over warm baklavas. Place the baklavas on wire rack to cool.
