Fruit Dessert Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
1. Crushed pineapple, drained (1can about 8 1/4ounces)
2. banana (1large)
3. lemon juice (2tbsp)
4. chopped pecans (1/3c)
5. cut up dates (1/3c)
6. halved maraschino cherries, drained (1/3c)
7. mandarin orange segments, drained (1can about 11 ounce)
8. creamy white frosting mix (1pacakage about 15.4 ounces)
9. whipping cream (2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small mixing bowl; add creamy white frosting mix and whipping cream in the bowl. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill it. Then beat it until the soft peaks form.
2. Take banana, peel it and then cut it into slices. Add banana slices in the frosting mixture and then add the rest of the ingredients in it.
3. Take two baking pans of 9*9*2-inches, pour the mixture in these pans. Place the pans in the freezer and freeze them until the mixture gets firm. Take out the pans from the freezer 5 minutes before cutting. Then cut it into squares and serve it.

Pineapple And Banana Couscous Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1. Banana, chopped (1/2large)
2. unsalted butter (1tbsp)
3. plain couscous (1/2c)
4. water (3/4c)
5. peeled and diced fresh pineapples (1 1/2c)
6. candied pineapple minced (1/2c)
7. triple sec (1tbsp)
8. sweetened cream of coconut (5tbsp)
9. chilled whipping cream (1 1/2c+2tbsp)
10. packed golden brown sugar (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a heavy medium size saucepan, add ¾ cup of water in it,. Keep it to boil over high heat. Mix couscous in it and then take off the pan from heat. Cover the pan and keep it for about 15 minutes until the water gets absorbed.
2. Take a small non stick frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Melt butter in it and then add banana and sugar in it. Sauté them for about 1 minute until the banana gets soft. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool.
3. Take a large bowl, beat cream in it with an electric mixer until soft peaks get form. Mix it in cream of coconut and triple sec. Keep aside the 6 tablespoon of whipped cream mixture for topping. Mix couscous and banana and the candied pineapple in the rest of the whipped cream.
4. Take 6 dessert bowls; divide the mixture among these bowls. Spread the whipped cream mixture on top of each pudding. Place fresh pineapples over top and then serve it.

Christmas Cherry Cream Bars Recipe
Ingredients
1. Flour (1c)
2. egg (1)
3. sugar (1/4c)
4. cream cheese, softened (1 pkg about 8 ounce)
5. firmly packed dark brown sugar (1/3c)
6. cold butter, cut in chunks (6tbsp)
7. candied green cherries, quartered (1/2c)
8. candied red cherries, quartered (1/2c)
9. lemon juice (1tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a square baking pan of 8-inch, line it with foil. Overhang the foil from all sides of pan. Take an electric mixer, add flour, brown sugar and butter in small bowl of the mixer. Blend the mixture at low speed until the mixture becomes crumbly.
2. Reserve the 1/3 of this mixture. Place the remaining mixture in baking pan and press it. Place the pan in oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, mix egg, sugar, cream cheese and lemon juice in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Mix cherries in it and pour it over the crust. Then dust the reserved crumbs over it.
4. Again bake it for about 20 minutes until the filling mixture still shakes slightly in the center. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool and place in refrigerator to chill. Take it out from the pan by using foil and then cut it into 24 bars.

Strawberry Spring Fling Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cleaned and sliced strawberries (1 qt.)
2. cold water (1/4 cup)
3. cornstarch (3 tbsp)
4. sugar (1 cup)
5. boiling water (1 ¾ cup)
6. strawberry jello (1 small box)
7. instant vanilla pudding (1 large box made as directed on a box)
8. thawed cool whip (9oz)
9. sliced bananas (4)
10. angel food cake (1 broken into bite size pieces)
Method of preparation:-
1. For Strawberry Filling; take a saucepan, place it over heat. Boil water in it and then dissolve sugar and jello in boiling water. Take off the pan from heat and keep it aside.
2. Take a small bowl, add cold water in it and then mix cornstarch in water. Add this cold water mixture into the jello mixture in the pan. Place the pan again over heat and boil the mixture until it gets thick and clear. Now take off the pan from heat and cool it completely. Then add strawberries in it.
3. Take a large salad bowl; place angel food cake layer on the bottom of bowl, then bananas, then vanilla pudding, then strawberries and filling mixture and in the end spread the layer of cool whip.

Rhubarb Pudding Pie Recipe
Ingredients
For Crust:-
1. Flour (1c)
2. milk (1/2c)
3. shortening (4 1/2tbsp)
4. cinnamon (1/4tsp)
5. baking powder (3 1/4tsp)
6. salt (1tsp)
For Filling:-
1. Butter, melted (2tbsp)
2. cinnamon (1/4tsp)
3. brown sugar (3/4c)
4. peeled and diced rhubarb (3c)
5. pinch of ginger or mace
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix dry ingredients in it. Mix shortening in it. Gradually add milk in the bowl, mix it to make soft dough.
2. Take a layer cake pan of 8 or 9-inch, grease it and flour it. Place the dough in the greased pan; pat it to a one half inch thickness on the bottom.
3. Take a bowl; mix all the filling ingredients in it. Mix all these ingredients well and then pour the mixture into the crust in the pan. Place the pan in oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees F. When the pie gets ready then takes it out from oven and serves it with cream.

Banana Foster Recipe
Ingredients
1. Banana (10)
2. banana liqueur (2tbsp)
3. rum (1/2c)
4. lemon juice (1tbsp)
5. ground cinnamon (1/8tsp)
6. brown sugar (3tbsp)
7. butter (2tbsp)
8. vanilla ice cream
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small frying pan, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it and then mix cinnamon and sugar in it. Heat this mixture until it gets bubbly.
2. Take banana, peel it and cut it into quarter. Add the place the banana slices and lemon juice in the frying pan. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes and mix with syrup.
3. Take a pan of long handle, place it over medium heat. Heat the banana liqueur and rum in it until it gets warm. As the alcohol catch fire then pour it carefully over the banana slices.
4. When the flames cool down then baste the banana slices with sauce. Now the banana foster is ready serve it over the ice cream.

Mixed Fruit Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
1. All Purpose flour (1/2c)
2. fresh or thawed strawberries (1c)
3. sliced peaches (1 1/3c)
4. sliced bananas (1 1/3c)
5. Rome apples, peeled and sliced (1 1/3c)
6. packed brown sugar (3/4c)
7. ground nutmeg (3/4tsp)
8. ground cinnamon (3/4tsp)
9. butter or margarine, melted (1/3c)
10. quick cooking oats (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a square baking pan, grease its bottom and sides. Then spread the fruits, except strawberries in the pan.
2. Take a small bowl; mix all the remaining ingredients in it and then dust over the fruit. Now place the pan in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
3. Bake it until the top changes to brown in color. Spread the strawberries over the top just before serving the fruit crisp. Serve it with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
