Apple Sheet Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Apples, peeled and diced (2c)
2. all purpose flour (1c)
3. cinnamon (1/4tsp)
4. salt (1/2tsp)
5. baking soda (1/2tsp)
6. sweetened condensed milk (6tbsp)
7. almond extract (1/2tsp)
8. white sugar (1/2c)
9. water (1/2c)
10. butter flavored shortening (1/4c)
11. butter (1/4c)
12. eggs (2)

For Frosting:-

1. Butter (1/4c)
2. cream cheese (4 ounce)
3. vanilla extract (1/2tsp)
4. powdered sugar (1 3/4c)
5. cup heavy cream (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a cake pan of 8*8-inch, grease it and keep it aside. Take a small saucepan, melt butter and shortening in it and then add water in it. Keep it to boil and the take off the pan from heat.

2. Take a large bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar in it. Add this flour mixture into the butter mixture with almond extract, apples, eggs and condensed milk. Mix all these ingredients properly and then pour this mixture into the greased pan.

3. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake it until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Now to prepare frosting, take a bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla in it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Then spread it on warm cake and serve it.

Fresh Fruit Kebobs Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh and ripe plums, halved and pitted (4)
2. lemons, juiced (2)
3. fresh and ripe nectarines, halved and pitted (4)
4. fresh and ripe peaches, halved and pitted (4)
5. mint sprigs (optional)
6. cayenne pepper (1tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take all fruits and cut them into thirds. Take a bowl of medium size, place the cut fruits in it and add cayenne pepper and lemon juice in it. Mix it well and then keep the fruit to marinate for about 1 hour.

2. Take a skewer; thread the fruit wedges on it alternately. Place it in refrigerator to chill. Then decorate it with mint sprig and serve it.

Makes about 12 kebobs

Fruity Gelatin Squares Recipe

Ingredients
1. Frozen fruit juice concentrate (any flavor) thawed (1can about 6 oz)
2. boiling water (1c)
3. cold water (1/2c)
4. sugar (1/4c)
5. unflavored gelatin, Knox (3 envelope)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a pan of 9-inch, oil it lightly and keep it aside. Take a bowl of medium size, add cold water in it and then dust the gelatin and sugar over the cold water.

2. Keep it for about 2 minutes and then add boiling water in it. Mix it regularly until it gets dissolve. Now add the juice concentrate in it and mix it properly. Pour this mixture into the oiled pan.

3. Place the pan in refrigerator to chill until the mixture gets firm. When it gets chilled and firm then take out the pan from refrigerator and dips it in warm water for about 10 seconds to loosen the gelatin.

4. Take a cutter and then cut the gelatin in square shapes. Take out the gelatin from the pan and store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.

Watermelon Cream Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cubed watermelon about 1 inch cubes, seeds removed (5c)
2. frozen reduced-fat pound cake, thawed (1package about 10.75 ounce)
3. non fat frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 container about 8 ounce)
4. fresh vanilla instant pudding mix (1package about 3.4 ounce)
5. skim milk (3/4c)
6. lemon low fat yogurt (1 container about 8 ounce)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, beat milk, yogurt and pudding mix in it until the mixture becomes thick. Take whipped topping, keep 1 cup of it aside and add the rest of it in the pudding mixture. Then take cake and cut it into ½-inch thick slices.

2. Take a glass bowl; spread half of the pudding mixture in the bottom of the bowl. Then place half of the cake slices over the pudding mixture and then place the watermelon cubes over the cake slices. Repeat the layers of pudding, cake and watermelon.

3. Spread the reserved whipped topping on the top. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Now the dessert is ready to serve.

Melon With Kiwano Melon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1. Kiwano melons (2)
2. watermelon, cut into chunks (1c)
3. honey dew cut into chunks (1c)

For sauce:-
1. Cantaloupe, cut into chunks (1/2c)
2. pulp from 1 kiwano Melon above
3. sugar (1tsp)
4. grated orange peel (1tsp)
5. chopped fresh mint (2tsp)
6. fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a bowl, mix watermelon and honeydew chunks in it. Take Kiwano melons, cut them in halves lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp of first melon and place it into the melon mixture.

2. Scoop out the pulp of the other melon and keep it aside to make sauce. Now take Kiwano melon shells and put the melon mixture in these shells.

3. For Sauce; take a food processor or a blender, add ½ cup of cantaloupe chunks, sugar, orange peel, mint and reserved melon pulp in it. Cover it and then process it until the mixture becomes smooth.

4. Then pour this sauce over the fruit mixture in the shell. Decorate it with mint leaves and then serve it.

Fruit In A Cloud Recipe

Ingredients
Blueberries (1c), sliced nectarines or peaches (1c), raspberries (1c), miniature marshmallows (1c), marshmallow crème (1/2c), frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 container about 8 oz), powdered sugar (1/2c), cream cheese softened (1pkg. about 8 oz) and apple jelly (3tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper or wax paper and keep it aside. Take a small bowl; add softened cream cheese in it. Beat the cream cheese and then add powdered sugar in it. Again beat it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Then add marshmallow crème and whipped topping in it and beat it until it becomes smooth. Mix marshmallow in it. Place ½ cup of this mixture in 8 mounds on the lined cookie sheet. Spread each mound in circle shape and make a well in the center of the circle. Keep freezing for at least 3 hours. Take a bowl of medium size, mix fruits in it. Take a small saucepan; place it over very low heat. Add apple jelly in it and heat it until it gets melted and then mix it into the fruit mixture. Keep it for about 1 hour at room temperature. Take frozen whipped topping, place it for about 15 minutes at room temperature and then top the fresh fruit mixture with it and then serve it.

Apple Pie With Crumb Topping Recipe

Ingredients

Pie Crust:-

1. Flour (1 1/2c)
2. butter or margarine (1stick or ½ c shortening)
3. ice water (1/4c)
4. salt (1tsp)

Pie Filling:-
1. Flour (3/4c)
2. butter (6tbsp)
3. ground cinnamon (3/4c)
4. sugar (1/2c)
5. green cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced (7)

Method of preparation:-

1. For Pie crust; take a bowl, mix flour and salt in it and then cut butter in it. Add water, one tablespoon at a time and then mix it well to form dough.

2. Then knead the dough to form a ball of it. Place it in refrigerator for ½ hour to chill and then roll it.

3. For Pie Filling; take peeled, cored and sliced apples; place them in a large bowl. Mix ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon and ½ cup of sugar in it. Keep it aside.

4. For Topping; take a pastry blender, cut butter into the flour until it becomes crumbly. Then add sugar mixture in it and mix it. Place the apples mixture into the crust and then spread the crumb topping over it.

5. Place it in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool and then cut it and serve it.
