Strawberry Bruschetta And Chocolate Sprinkles Recipe
Ingredients
Good quality semi-sweet or milk chocolate candy bar grated finely (1 ½ ounce), unsalted butter (5 to 6 tbsp), rustic white Italian bread, crust removed (6slices about 1-inch thick), sugar (1/4c), orange liqueur or orange juice (4tbsp), strawberries, rinsed patted dry and coarsely chopped (6c)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to broil. Take a large mixing bowl, mix strawberries, sugar and orange juice in it. Mix it well to coat. Then keep the bowl aside. Take a baking sheet, remove the bread crust and place it in sheet. Place the sheet in oven and broil the bread for about 2 minutes each side until it get golden brown then turn the side and brown it. Take out the bread from oven and spread butter over it. Take strawberry mixture, mix it again and place strawberries on bread toast. Then dust 4 tablespoon of sugar over the strawberries. Place it again in oven and broil it for about 2 minutes until the sugar starts to caramelize. Take it out from oven, dust grated chocolate on the top and serve it.

Strawberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients
Chopped pecans (1 ¼ cup), fresh strawberries (2 cups), eggs, beaten (4), all purpose flour (3 1/8 cup), vegetable oil (1/4 cup), white sugar (2 cups), baking soda (1 tsp), ground cinnamon (1 tbsp) and salt (1 tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take two loaf pans of 9*5-inch, butter and flour them. Take a bowl of medium size, cut strawberries and place them in it. Dust sugar over strawberries and keep the bowl aside. Take a large bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and sugar in it. Mix all these Ingredients well. Blend eggs and oil in the strawberry mixture and then add this mixture to the flour mixture. Mix both it well and then add pecans in it. Pour the batter into the loaf pans. Place the pans in oven and bake them for about 45 to 50 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean at 350 degrees F. Place the pans on wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Then take out the loaves from pan and cool them completely.

Pineapple Sour Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour (1/4c), white sugar (3/4c), eggs (3), lemon juice (1tbsp), sour cream (1c), crushed pineapple, drained (1 can about 15 ounce), salt (1/2tsp), vanilla wafer crust (1 about 9 inch), white sugar (1/3c), cream of tartar (1/4tsp) and vanilla extract (1/2tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Separate the eggs in bowls. Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Add flour, crushed pineapple, salt, white sugar, lemon juice and sour cream in it. Cook this mixture until it gets bubbly and becomes thick. Take a small amount of cooked mixture, mix it into the beaten egg yolks and then mix egg yolk into the cooked mixture. Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring regularly. Then take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Now take the bowl of egg whites, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla in it until hard peaks form. Slowly mix 1/3 cup of sugar in it and beat it again until it becomes hard and shiny. Take cooled filling mixture, fill it in the graham wafer crust and top it with meringue. Place the crust in oven and bake it for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake it until it get changes to golden color. Take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool and then serve it.

Peach Berry Cobbler Recipe

All purpose flour (1c0, milk (1/2c), baking powder (1 1/2tsp), white sugar (1/2c), cold water (1/2c), cornstarch (1tbsp), packed brown sugar (1/4c), butter, softened (1/4c), ground nutmeg (1/4tsp), coarse granulated sugar (2tbsp), lemon juice (1tbsp), butter (1tbsp), fresh blueberries (1c), fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (3c)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, baking powder, ½ cup of white sugar in it and then mix ¼ cup of butter and milk in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Take a saucepan of medium size, add water, cornstarch and brown sugar in it. Mix blueberries and peaches in it. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it gets bubbly and becomes thick. Then mix 1 tablespoon of butter and lemon juice in it. Keep on cooking until the butter gets melt. Take an ungreased baking dish of 1 ½ quart. Pour the mixture into the dish and place the batter in mounds over the hot fruit with spoon. Take a small bowl, mix nutmeg and coarse sugar in it and then dust this mixture over the batter. Now place the dish in shallow baking pan. Then place the pan in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake the cobbler until it gets bubbly and the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Three Berry Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Raspberries (2c), fresh strawberries, halved (1c), fresh blueberries (1 1/2c), cornstarch (3tbsp), white sugar (1/2c), pastry for a 9-inch double crust pie (1 recipe)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large mixing bowl, add cornstarch and sugar in it. Mix it well and then add blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in it. Mix all the berries properly until they get well coated. If you are using the frozen fruit then keep the fruit mixture for about 15 to 30 minutes until the fruit gets partially thawed. Take a pie plate of 9-inch, line it with half of the pastry. Mix the berry fruit mixture and place it in crust lined pie plate. Place the second crust over it and seal the edges. Cover the edges of the pie with foil to prevent them from over browning. Place the pie in oven and bake it at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes for fresh fruit and 50 minutes for frozen fruits. Then remove the foil from the pie. Again bake the pie for about 20 to 30 minutes until the top changes to golden in color. Then take it out from oven and place on wire rack to cool.

Water Chestnuts Rubies Recipe
Ingredients
Water chestnuts (500gms), salt (1/2tsp), water (3/4c), peeled, grated coconut (800gms), pandan leaves, knotted (3 to 4 pieces), water (1/2c), sugar (200gms), tapioca flour (1c), water (1tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a pot, add ½ cup of water, sugar, pandan leaves in it to make syrup and keep this mixture to simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Take ¾ cup of water; mix grated coconut and ½ teaspoon of salt in it. Press this mixture to make coconut milk. Keep it to chill. Take water chestnuts, clean them thoroughly small knife. Remove the dirt if any. Peel and rinse the chestnuts again. Then cut it into small pieces of 5mm in size. Take a large mixing bowl, mix red food coloring in 1 teaspoon of water. Add diced water chestnuts in it to coat them properly. Then roll these colored chestnuts in tapioca flour until get coated. Keep a large pot of water to boil and then add coated water chestnuts in it and keep them stirring. Then take off the pan from heat and soak them in cold water until the chestnuts get ready to serve. Take a small dessert bowl, pour ½ cup of chilled coconut milk in it with some crushed ice. Then add ¼ cup of rubies and a tablespoon of syrup in it to taste.

Vanilla wafer crust (1 about 9 inch), orange, peeled and segmented (1large), heavy whipping cream (1c), butter (4tbsp), orange juice (1/4c), orange zest (2tsp), white sugar (1/2c), eggs (3)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, beat eggs in it until get foamy. Take a saucepan; place it over low heat and mix rind, orange juice, sugar and eggs in it. Cook this mixture by stirring regularly until it becomes thick. Then take off the pan from heat and mix butter in it. Place it in the refrigerator to chill it completely. Beat cream in a small bowl to form soft peaks. Then add it to the orange mixture. Take a chilled vanilla wafer crust; place a layer of orange sections in it. Put the chilled orange mixture into the crust and again place orange sections on the top. Keep it to chill and then serve it.
