Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
1. Vanilla wafer crust (1 about 9 inch)
2. orange, peeled and segmented (1large)
3. heavy whipping cream (1c)
4. butter (4tbsp)
5. orange juice (1/4c)
6. orange zest (2tsp)
7. white sugar (1/2c)
8. eggs (3)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it until get foamy. Take a saucepan; place it over low heat and mix orange jest, orange juice, sugar and eggs in it. Cook this mixture by stirring regularly until it becomes thick.
2. Then take off the pan from heat and mix butter in it. Place it in the refrigerator to chill it completely. Beat cream in a small bowl to form soft peaks. Then add it to the orange mixture.
3. Take a chilled vanilla wafer crust; place a layer of orange sections in it. Put the chilled orange mixture into the crust and again place orange sections on the top. Keep it to chill and then serve it.
Strawberry Lush Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh strawberries (1 quart)
2. confectioners’ sugar (1 cup)
3. thawed cool whip (1 cup)
4. cream cheese (1, 8oz. pkg.)
5. margarine (1 stick) or butter softened (1/2 cup)
6. self rising flour (1 cup)
7. strawberry pie glaze (1 pkg. about 12 oz)
8. mint leaves (for garnish)
9. additional thawed cool whip (2 cups)
10. additional sliced berries (for garnish)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add softened margarine in it and mix flour in it. Take a pan of 13*9 -inch and spread the mixture in it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake it until the edges changes to golden brown in color.
2. Take out the pan from oven and keep it to cool. Take another bowl, mix cream cheese, confectioner sugar and 1 cup of cool whip in it until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy. Then spread this smooth mixture over the cooled crust.
3. Take strawberries, clean and slice them and then drain them properly and then place them over the glaze layer. Spread the rest of the cool whip over it. Now place it in refrigerator to chill. Then decorate it with strawberry and mint leaves.

Apple Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
1. Sifted brown sugar (1/3 cup)
2. nutmeg (3/4 tsp)
3. allspice (3/4 tsp)
4. cinnamon (3/4 tsp)
5. butter or margarine (3 tbsp)
6. apples, peeled and cored (8 medium)
7. jelly (3 tbsp of apple, etc)
8. fruit juice (3 tbsp of orange, lemon, pineapple, apricot etc)
9. sugar (1 ½ cup)
10. boiling water (1 ½ cup)
11. red food coloring (optional)
12. pastry based on 2 cups of flour
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl; add butter or margarine, brown sugar, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon in it. Mix all these ingredients and then make the paste of this mixture. Then roll it into 1/8-inch thick and then cut it into 6 to 8 squares.
2. Place an apple in the center of each square, place jelly in cavity and then spread the paste over it. Moisten the ends of each pastry shell and then join the ends over the apples and seal the sides.
3. Take remaining dough, roll it and then cut it into ribbon like strips and place across the tops of dumplings. Now place it in greased baking dish of 11*15-inch.
4. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Meanwhile make syrup in a pan, add sugar, water and juice and keep it to simmer until the sugar gets dissolved. A little food color may be added to syrup.
5. Then pour the syrup over the apples. Again bake apples for 10 to 20 minutes and to give them good look immediately basting them with syrup. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it warm with cream.

Coastal Grilled Pineapples Recipe
Ingredients
1. Pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into ½ quarter slices (1 about 10 to 12 slices)
2. melted butter (3/4c)
3. ground cloves (1/2tsp)
4. ground nutmeg (1tsp)
5. ground cinnamon (2tsp)
6. sugar (1c)
7. grated fresh lime zest (2 tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl; mix all the ingredients, except butter and pineapple in it. Blend all these ingredients properly. Take pineapple slices, dip each slice of it in butter and then in the sugar mixture.
2. Take a baking sheet, line it with wax paper. Shake off the excess sugar from the pineapple slices and place them on baking sheet. Keep it to chill for about 1 hour.
3. Now grill the slices under the broiler or directly on grill grate. Grill them for about 5 to 7 minutes until they get sizzling and changes to brown in color. Now the grilled pineapples are ready. Serve it ad side dish with fish or chicken.

Cherry Nut Surprise Recipe
Ingredients
1. Maraschino cherries, quartered (1jar about 10 oz)
2. eggs (4)
3. oil (1/2c)
4. water (1/2c)
5. sour cream (1c)
6. pure vanilla extract (1tbsp)
7. instant vanilla pudding (1box)
8. white cake mix (1box about 18.5 oz)
9. Dream whip (1package)
10. cherry jello (1box)
11. sugar (1tbsp)
12. chopped pecans (3/4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl; add eggs, oil, water, sour cream, vanilla extract, instant vanilla pudding, white cake mix in it. Beat all these ingredients for 1 minute on low speed. Then scrape the sides of bowl and beat it for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
2. Take a bundt pan, grease and flour it. Then pour the half of the batter in it. Dust ½ cup of pecans and cherries around the batter. Then dust 1 tablespoon of sugar on the top the nuts and cherries. Add the rest of the batter over it.
3. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. Take out the pan from oven and place it on rack to cool for 10 minutes and then take it out from pan and cool it.
4. Take Dream Whip package; prepare it as directed on box, add jello powder to ingredients. Frost it and dust the rest of the nuts on top. Place it in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Cherry Chewbilies Recipe
Ingredients
For Crust:-
1. Flour (1 1/4c)
2. walnut pieces, divided (1c)
3. flaked coconut (1/2c)
4. butter-flavor shortening (1/2c)
5. firmly packed brown sugar (1/2c)
For Filling:-
1. Cherry pie filling (1can about 21 oz)
2. vanilla (2tsp)
3. eggs (2)
4. granulated sugar (2/3c)
5. cream cheese, softened (2 pkg. about 8 oz)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pan of 13*9 inch, grease it with butter flavor shortening. Keep the pan aside.
2. Take nuts, coarsely chop the ½ of the nuts and finely chop the rest of the nuts and then keep them aside. Take a bowl, mix flour and brown sugar in it and then mix the shortening in it until the mixture becomes crumbly.
3. Then add coconut and ½ cup of finely chopped nuts in it. Mix it well and keep aside the half of this mixture. Place the rest of the mixture in the bottom of the pan. Now place the pan in oven and bake it for about 12 to 15 minutes until the edges changes to light brown in color.
4. To prepare filling, take a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar in it, beat eggs in it one by one and then add vanilla in it. Then pour this mixture over the crust.
5. Mix the coarsely chopped nuts in ½ cup of crust mixture. Dust this mixture over the cheese layer. Again bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes until it gets firm. Take it out from oven and cool it and the place cherry pie filling on top of it and place it in refrigerator to chill.
Marshmallow Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Marinated marshmallows (1c)
2. diced pineapple (1small can)
3. mandarin orange segments (1small can)
4. sour cream (1c)
5. finely shredded coconut (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take cans of orange and pineapple; drain the fruits from the cans.
2. Take a large bowl, pour the drained fruits into the bowl. Then add marshmallows, sour cream and finely shredded coconut in the bowl. Mix all these ingredients properly.
3. Place the bowl in refrigerator for overnight to marinate. Now the marshmallow salad is ready to serve. Serve it in salad bowl.
