Blueberry Burst Pie Recipe
Ingredients
For Filling:-
1. Corn starch (as needed)
2. cinnamon (1/2tsp)
3. sugar (1/2tsp)
4. peaches and blueberries (as desired)
For Crust:-
1. Vegetable oil (2/3c)
2. iced water (2tbsp)
3. flour (2c)
4. salt (1/2tsp)
For Topping:-
1. Cinnamon (2tbsp)
2. sugar (3/4c)
3. bisquick (1c)
4. flour (1c)
5. butter (1/2stick)
Method of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan, place it over heat. Cook peaches and berries separately in it until they get softened. Sweeten them with sugar, thicken them with mixture of corn starch and water. Then add cinnamon to the thickened blueberries.
2. To prepare crust, take a bowl, mix 2 cup of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2tablespoon of iced water and 2/3 cup of vegetable oil in it. Mix all these ingredients to make dough, knead it well to form a ball.
3. Then roll it on waxed paper and place it in pie dish. Place the thickened peaches on the bottom of crust and place blueberries on the top.
4. To prepare topping, take a bowl, mix flour, butter, bisquick, sugar and cinnamon in it and spread it over blueberries. Place the pie dish in oven and bake it for about 1 hour until it gets bubbly and the crust changes to brown in color.

Pineapple Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1c)
2. egg (1)
3. salt (1/2tsp)
4. baking powder (1tsp)
5. brown sugar (1c)
6. crushed pineapple, drained (2cans about 20 ounce)
7. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
8. melted butter (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a square baking pan of 9*9-inch and spread well drained pineapples into it.
2. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, baking powder, egg, salt and sugar in it. Mix all these ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth. Put this mixture with spoon over the pineapples in the baking dish.
Then pour the melted butter over the mixture and dust cinnamon over it.
3. Now place the dish in oven and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. When the pineapple becomes crispy then take out the pan from oven. Now the pineapples crisp hot or cold.

Banana Bars With Toasted Pecan Frosting
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (2c)
2. vanilla (1tsp)
3. ripe bananas, mashed (2large)
4. eggs (2)
5. sour cream (1/2c)
6. packed brown sugar (1/2c)
7. butter, softened (3/4c)
8. sugar (1c)
9. salt (1/4tsp)
10. baking soda (1/2tsp)
11. baking powder (1tsp)
Frosting Ingredients:-
1. Cream cheese, softened (1package about 3 ounce)
2. butter (1/4c)
3. vanilla (1tsp)
4. powdered sugar (2c)
5. chopped pecans, toasted (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a large bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, brown sugar, ¾ cup of butter and sugar in it. Beat this mixture at medium speed until it becomes creamy.
2. Then mix vanilla and bananas in it. Keep on beating the mixture until it gets mixed properly. Now add all the rest of the cookie ingredients in it and beat it until the ingredients get mixed well.
3. Take a jelly roll pan of 15*10*1-inch, grease it and then spread the batter in it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Bake it until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take it out from oven and cool it completely.
4. To Make frosting, take a saucepan of 1 quarter, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it by stirring until it begins to turn golden in color. Take off the pan from heat and cool it completely.
5. Take a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown butter and vanilla in it. Beat this mixture at low speed for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes smooth. Now frost the cooled bars and then dust the pecans over it.

Vanilla Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Vanilla bean (1large)
2. blueberries (1c)
3. sliced kiwi (1/2c)
4. sliced strawberries (2c)
5. chopped mango (2c)
6. whipped topping (1c)
7. mint leaves (for garnish optional)
8. sugar (1/4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. For Vanilla Bean sugar; take vanilla bean, split it and put it in 1/4 cup of sugar. Keep it aside for about 1 week before using it.
2. For Salad; take a large bowl, put strawberries and mango in it and then add vanilla bean sugar in it. Mix it well.
3. Take 6 separate bowls; put the fruit mixture equally in these bowls with spoon. Place kiwi layer on the top. Take whipped cream and place the scoop of it on kiwi layer.
4. Then sprinkle the blueberries over it. Now vanilla fruit salad is ready. Decorate it with mint leaves and then serve it.

Autumn Fruit Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
For Filling:-
1. All purpose flour (1/4c)
2. seedless grapes, red or green (1c)
3. plums, pitted and sliced (1c or 3 to 4 plums)
4. pears, peeled, cored and sliced (1 cup about 2 med.)
5. apples, peeled and sliced (2c or 3 to 4 med.)
6. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp)
7. ground cinnamon (1/2tsp)
8. granulated sugar (1/3c)
For Topping:-
1. All purpose flour (1/2c)
2. quick cooking oats (1c)
3. ground cinnamon (1/2tsp)
4. packed light brown sugar (1/3c)
5. unsalted butter, melted (1/4c)
6. chopped walnuts or pecans (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a bowl of medium size, mix fruits in it and keep it aside.
2. Take a bowl of small size, mix rest of the filling ingredients in it. Then add this mixture into the fruit mixture. Then mix both the mixtures thoroughly.
3. Take a casserole dish of 8*8- inch; place the fruit mixture in it. Take a small bowl; mix all the ingredients of topping except butter in it. Mix them properly and then add butter in it. Blend it until it gets moistened. Now sprinkle this mixture over the fruit mixture in the casserole.
4. Place the casserole in oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake it until the filling gets bubbly and the top changes to golden brown in color. When it gets ready then serve it warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Almond Apple Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
1. Sliced almonds (1 ½ oz)
2. bread crumbs (15 oz)
3. sugar (1/4c)
4. whipping cream (2pints)
5. cinnamon (1tsp)
6. sweetened applesauce (2pints)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix applesauce and cinnamon in it. Take another bowl, beat cream and sugar in it until the stiff peaks get form. Avoid the over beating of this mixture.
2. Take a serving bowl; Spread half of the apple sauce layer on the bottom of bowl, then layer of half of bread crumbs and then the layer of half of the whipping cream. Repeat these layers once again.
3. Layer of whipping cream should be the top layer of dessert. For good texture, decorate the dessert with sliced almonds. Now place it in the refrigerator until it is ready to eat. Store the leftover dessert in the refrigerator.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (3tbsp)
2. white sugar (1c)
3. rolled oats (1c)
4. butter (1c)
5. packed brown sugar (1c)
6. all purpose flour (1 1/2c)
7. diced rhubarb (3c)
8. sliced fresh strawberries (3c)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C. Take a large bowl, mix rhubarb, strawberries, 3 tablespoon of flour and white sugar in it. Mix it well and keep it aside.
2. Take a baking dish of 9*13-inch, place the mixture in it. Take another bowl, mix 1 ½ cup of flour, butter, brown sugar and oats in it. Mix it with blender. Crumble this mixture on the top of strawberry and rhubarb mixture in baking dish.
3. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 45 minutes until it changes to light brown in color and becomes crispy.
