Healthy Key Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients
For Crust:-
1. Pitted medjool dates, unsoaked (1/2c)
2. sea salt (1/2tsp)
3. walnuts, unsoaked (3/4c)
4. macadamia nuts, unsoaked (3/4c)
5. unsweetened shredded dried coconut (1 1/2c)
For Filling:-
1. Chopped avocados (3/4c)
2. fresh lime juice (2tbsp)
3. unpasteurized honey (1/4c)
4. blueberries and freshly sliced kiwi fruit (for garnish)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a food processor, mix macadamia nuts, coconut, sea salt and walnuts in the bowl of processor. Process it until it gets coarsely ground. Then add medjool dates and again process it till it looks like coarse crumbs and starts to stick.
2. Take a pie plate of 9-inch, place coarse crumbs in it and then spread it in a layer at the bottom and sides of the plate. Press the crust with your fingers and then place it in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
3. To prepare filling, mix avocado, honey and lime juice in the food processor and then process it until the mixture becomes smooth. Now take out crust from the freezer and spread the filling over the bottom of the crust.
4. Take kiwi, peel it and then cut it lengthwise and then slice it into half moon shaped and place the slices around the edge of the pie. Then arrange blueberries in front of kiwi slices. Now place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Fruity Berry And Granola Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
1. Granola (1 1/2c)
2. strawberries, trimmed and thickly sliced (1 1/4lbs)
3. strawberry jam (5tbsp)
4. fat free plain yogurt (1 1/4c)
5. low fat ricotta (1 1/2c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a food processor; add ricotta, jam and yogurt in the bowl of processor. Process the mixture to make puree.
2. Take 6 tall parfait glasses; put 2 tablespoons of granola in these glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of ricotta mixture over the granola and then add a thick layer of strawberries on the top.
3. Then repeat the layers of granola, ricotta and strawberries. Now it is ready to serve. Serve it immediately or keep it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours and then serve it. This healthy dessert is perfect for brunch.

Fruit Filled Vegetarian And Vegan Spring Roll Recipe
Ingredients
1. Kiwi fruits, diced (2)
2. banana, sliced (1)
3. strawberries, sliced (1c)
4. cantaloupe, diced (1/2c)
5. juice of (1lime)
6. maple syrup (2tbsp)
7. lemon flavored soy or dairy yogurt (1/3c)
8. fresh mint leaves (1/4c optional)
9. honey tangerine or Satsuma orange, segmented (1)
10. spring roll wrappers (12 to 15)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take all fruits and sliced them into ½ inch cubes or smaller and then mix in a large bowl.
2. Take another bowl of small size, beat yogurt, maple syrup and lime juice in it. Keep aside ¼ cup of this sauce and use it as a dip for spring rolls. Gently mix the rest of the sauce with fruit and mix it to coat lightly.
3. Submerge spring roll wrappers until they get pliable and then place about 1 tablespoon of fruit mixture on the wrappers. Place 2 to 3 mint leaves on the top of the filling. Now wrap the spring rolls, dip in extra yogurt sauce and then serve them and enjoy the rolls.
Low Sugar Chocolate Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cream of tartar (1/4tsp)
2. salt (1/2tsp)
3. egg whites (4)
4. sugar free caramel flavored syrup (1tsp)
5. softened butter (2tbsp)
6. egg yolks (3)
7. instant coffee granules (1tbsp)
8. unsweetened chocolate (2squares)
9. milk (1c)
10. cornstarch (2tbsp)
11. splenda (1/2c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan of medium size, mix splenda, cornstarch and instant coffee in it and then gently add milk in it. Add chocolate and cook it over medium heat by stirring regularly until the chocolate gets melted. Then take off the pan from heat.
2. Take bowl, beat egg yolks in it until get yellow color and then gradually beat it into the chocolate mixture. Mix butter and caramel flavored syrup. Now keep it to cool to room temperature.
3. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take 6 cups soufflé dish, butter them. Lightly spread splenda at the bottom and around the sides of buttered dish.
4. Make a band with aluminum foil and extend it about 4 inches above the top of the dish. Apply butter on the one side of foil and dust splenda over it. This will extend the depth of the dish.
5. Take a bowl, beat cream of tartar and egg whites in it until the peaks get form. Add half of the egg whites into the chocolate until it get mixed well. Then add the rest of the egg whites. Pour the mixture into the dish.
6. Place the dish in oven and bake it at 350 degrees f for about 50 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Ingredients
1. Fat free cream cheese (8 oz)
2. fat free margarine (1c)
3. vanilla (1tsp)
4. egg beater (3 about 3/4c)
5. Yellow cake mix (1 box)
6. powdered sugar (1 box about 2c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 300 degrees F. Take a large bowl; add cake mix, vanilla, margarine, one egg beaters about ¼ cup in it. Blend all these ingredients with a hand mixer.
2. Take a pan of 9*13 inch; coat it with non-fat cooking spray. Pour the mixture in it and spread it lightly to all edges. Take another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 egg beaters about 1/2 cups in it. Blend this mixture with hand mixer.
3. Now pour the cheese mixture over the cake mixture. Place the pan in oven and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes at 300 degrees F until the wooden pick inserted in it comes out clean. Take out the pan from oven. Keep it to cool and then cut it into 40 squares.

1. Flour (3c)
2. vegetable oil (1/4c)
3. soy milk (1/4c)
4. brown rice syrup (3/4c)
5. mashed banana (1)
6. sugar free dark chocolate chips (2c)
7. baking soda (1tsp)
8. baking powder (1tsp)
9. salt (1/4tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Take a large bowl, mix banana, vegetable oil, soy milk, brown rice syrup in it, Beat the ingredients until get well blended.
2. Take a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda in it. Then add banana mixture in it and stir it well to mix. Add chocolate chips in it.
3. Take a baking sheet, place spoonful of mixture on it at 1 to 2 inch apart. Place the sheet in oven and bake it at 325 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cookies changes to golden brown in color.
Low Fat Wine Poached Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
1. Peaches (4)
2. strawberry preserves (1/4c)
3. red wine (1bottle)
4. sugar (1 1/2c)
5. water (for boiling)
6. whipped cream (for topping)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, place whole peaches in it and cover them with water. Keep it to boil for about 2 to 3 minutes. Take off the pot from heat and keep them to cool. When the peaches get cooled then slice them in half and take out the pit.
2. Take a saucepan of medium size, place it over medium heat. Add wine and then dissolve sugar in it. Keep it to boil and then add peaches in it. Keep it to cook for about 30 minutes.
3. Now take out the peaches from wine and keep the wine to cook until it gets reduced to one cup. Then add preserves in it and mix it well. Keep it for simmering for few minutes more. Place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to chill. Spread whipped cream over the top and then serve.
