Fusion Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
1. Unsweetened chocolate (4ounces)
2. whipping cream (1c)
3. five spice powder (1tsp)
4. biscotti pieces, strawberry, ladyfingers or pound cake (for dipping)
5. cognac (to taste)
6. sugar (2tbsp)
7. cinnamon (1tsp)
8. chili powder (1/2tsp)
9. sour cream (2tbsp)
10. semisweet chocolate (8 ounces)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take chocolate and chop it coarsely. Take a heavy pan and add water in it and then boil it.
2. Take a metal bowl, place it in boiling water and add whipping cream, sugar and chocolate in it. Heat it and be careful that the bottom of bowl does not touch the simmering water. Stir it regularly to avoid the burning.
3. Now pour this mixture into the fondue and add cognac, cinnamon, five spice powder and chili powder in it. Keep it warm on low heat. Pour sour cream over it before serving. Serve it with strawberries or biscotti pieces or pound cake.

Almond Float Recipe
Ingredients
1. Evaporated milk (1c)
2. fruit cocktail with syrup (1can about 15 ounces)
3. granulated sugar (4tbsp)
4. unflavored gelatin, such as Knox (1envelope)
5. boiling water (1c)
6. cold water (1c)
7. almond extract (2tsp or as desired)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl of medium size. Add gelatin and sugar in it; stir it to mix them properly. Then pour the boiling water over this mixture and mix it until it gets completely dissolved. Add evaporated milk, almond extract and cold water in it and mix it well.
2. Take a bowl or serving mold, pour the gelatin mixture in it and then place the bowl or mold in the refrigerator until they get chill. When it gets chilled then cut the gelatin into diamond or 1 inch squares. Serve it with canned fruit and the syrup of the can. Keep it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
