Low Fat Barz Recipe
Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1c)
2. egg yolks (2large)
3. egg (1large)
4. non-packed brown sugar (1/2c)
5. reduced calories margarine (1/4c)
6. ground cloves (1/8tsp)
7. table salt (1/4tsp)
8. baking powder (1tsp)
9. almond extract (2tsp)
10. fat free or skim milk (3tbsp)
11. desired jam (1c)
12. sugar (1/2c)
13. fresh lemon juice (1tsp)
14. egg whites (4large)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a baking pan of 9*13-inch and coat it lightly with cooking spray. Take a bowl of medium size, cream margarine in it and then add brown sugar in it. Beat it well.
2. Then add egg, egg yolks, flour, skim milk, baking powder, almond extract, ground cloves and salt in it. Mix all the ingredients properly to form batter. Now spread the batter lightly into the pan.
3. Then place the pan in oven and bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Take a large bowl, beat egg whites in it with an electric mixer at high speed until it becomes foamy. Then add lemon juice in it and beat it soft peaks get form. Gently add sugar in it about 1 tablespoon at a time and beat it again until stiff peaks get form. Keep the bowl aside.
5. Spread jam over the crust and then spread egg white mixture over the jam. Place it in oven and bake it for about 15 minutes until it gets golden brown color. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool completely and then cut it into barz.

Heavenly Low Calories Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fat free graham crackers (1 box)
2. cold fat free milk, divided (3c+2tbsp)
3. instant sugar free vanilla pudding (2 small boxes)
4. fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 tub about 8 oz)
5. chocolate fudge frosting (1container)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, add 3 cups of milk and then mix pudding in it. Beat it until it gets dissolved and becomes thickened. Add cool whip in it and mix it well with an electric mixer. Keep the bowl aside.
2. Take a plastic container of 9*13*2-inch, line it with graham crackers and then spread the ½ of the pudding mixture on crackers. Again spread the layer of graham crackers and the rest of the pudding mixture. Then top it with another layer of graham crackers.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, add ½ of the frosting in it and mix rest of the 2 tablespoon of milk in it. Mix it until it becomes smooth and then spread it over the top of the graham crackers. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours and then serve it.

Ginger Apple Vegan Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh minced ginger (1tbsp)
2. cinnamon stick (1 piece of 2-inch)
3. water (1 1/4c)
4. sugar (1 1/2c)
5. juice from (1lemon)
6. Apples (1 1/4 pounds, Granny Smith are best)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take apples, wash them and cut them into thin slices with skin. Mix apple slices with lemon juice and then place in freezer for overnight.
2. Next day, take a pan, place it over heat. Prepare syrup by adding water and sugar in it, Keep it to boil and then add ginger and cinnamon stick in it. Turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes. Then pour the syrup over the apples and mix it.
3. Take a food processor, add apple and syrup mixture in the bowl of processor. Process it until the puree becomes smooth. Then freeze it in the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer instructions. Keep it to soften slightly and then serve it.
Makes about 1 quarter of fat free ginger apple vegan sorbet.
Healthy Banana Split Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh strawberries (1c)
2. fresh pineapples, sliced (1c)
3. mango (1)
4. raisins (1/3c)
5. walnuts or pecans (1/2c)
6. low fat cottage cheese (4c)
7. banana (2large)
8. wheat germ or ground flax seed (2/3c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take bananas, peel them and slice in half lengthwise and then place the slices on plates forming an oval. Place cottage cheese in the center of banana slices.
2. Then arrange pineapple slices around the banana slices. Now to peel mango, take a fork, insert it into the mango and then slice the mango into quarters through the skin. Now peel mango and cut it for serving.
3. Then spread the nuts on the top and the sides of the plate. Dust wheat germ or flax seed over the top of the cottage cheese. Take strawberries, wash them and then place them on plate. Now dust raisins on the top of salad.

Ingredients
1. Semisweet chocolate chips (1package about 12 oz)
2. canola oil (1/4c)
3. graham crackers (9)
4. fresh raspberries (1c)
5. superfine sugar (1/2c)
6. vanilla extract (1tsp)
7. silken tofu, firm (2 boxes about 12 oz)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a food processor, add graham crackers in the bowl of processor and grind them into crumbs. While grinding, gently add canola oil in it.
2. Now put the graham crumbs in a pie pan and lightly spread them on the bottom of pan and then keep it aside. Rinse off the bowl and the blades of the processor. Now melt the chocolate chips in double broiler.
3. In the same time, mix sugar, vanilla and tofu in the food processor until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl and then add melted chocolate in it and mix it well until it is completely brown without white streaks.
4. Now pour the mixture into the pie crust. Place the pie crust in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Top it with fresh raspberries just before serving.

Ingredients
1. Dried Cranberries (1/2c)
2. pomegranate juice (1/3c)
3. ripe but firm pears, cored and quartered (3)
4. chopped walnuts (1/4c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a baking dish place quartered pears in it and then sprinkle pomegranate juice over the pears. Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries over the top.
2. Place the baking dish in oven and bake it 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes until the pears becomes soft. When it gets ready then serve it with juices and low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt.

1. Whole wheat flour (1 1/2c)
2. raisins (1c)
3. chopped walnuts (1 1/3c)
4. old fashioned oats (3 1/4c)

6. unsweetened applesauce (1 single serving cup or 3.9 oz)
7. vanilla (1tsp)
8. egg whites (2)
9. splenda granulated (1 1/4c)
10. canola oil (1c)
11. salt (1/2tsp)
12. cinnamon (1tsp)
13. baking soda (1tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a small bowl, place raisins in it and then pour hot water to cover the raisins and keep the bowl aside.
2. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda in it. Mix the ingredients properly and keep the bowl aside. Now heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Take a large bowl, mix splenda and oil in it and then beat vanilla and egg whites in it. Then mix banana and applesauce in it. Now mix flour mixture in it. Drain water from the raisins and place the raisins on paper towel to remove the excess moisture. Mix walnuts, oats and raisins in the prepared mixture and mix it well.
4. Take a cookie sheet; lightly grease it with non stick spray. Place the rounded tablespoon of mixture on the greased sheet. Place the cookie sheet in oven and bake cookies at 350 degrees F for 8 to 9 minutes until the top of the cookies get lightly firm to touch. Then take them out from oven and keep them to cool. These cookies are healthy enough to eat.
