Grilled Fish Taco With Cilantro Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
Sea bass, swordfish or other firm freshed fish (1 3/4pound), non fat sour cream, salsa, corn tortilla, teguila (3tbsp), lime juice (1/3c).
Cilantro Slaw:- Shredded green cabbage (3c), firmly packed or minced cilantro leaves (1c), shredded red cabbage (3c), salt and pepper (to taste), sugar (1tsp), oil (1tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take fish, rinse it , pat dry it and then place it in a zip lock baggie with lime juice and teguila. Turn the fish to coat. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to 4 hours by turning it occasionally. Take a medium size bowl to prepare cilantro slaw. Mix all the Ingredients in the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Take out the fish from the marinade and spray lightly with cooking spray. Grill the fish over medium hot coal until it gets lightly brown. Now cut the fish in bite size pieces. Now heat the corn tortilla until get soft. Place the fish in tortilla and then add cilantro slaw, salsa and the sour cream to taste.

Grilled Sea Bass Tacos With Fresh Peach Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
For Peaches Salsa:- Coarsely chopped Peeled peaches (3c), minced shallots (2tbsp), minced fresh cilantro (3tbsp), fresh lemon juice (1/4c), diced red onion (1c), salt (1/4tsp), honey (1tsp), chopped seeded Serrano Chile (1tsp).
Grilled Sea Bass:- Sea bass fillets (1pound), black pepper (1/8tsp), salt (1/4tsp) and cooking spray.
For Tacos:- Taco shells (8), minced fresh cilantro (1/2c), shredded green cabbage (2c).

Method of preparation:-
To prepare the peach salsa, take a bowl, mix all the 8 Ingredients in bowl and toss them well. Heat the grill and then place fish on the grill coated with cooking spray. Grill it for about 6 minutes from each side or until the fish gets flake easily with fork. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish. Now to prepare the tacos warm the tacos shell and cut the fish into 8 pieces and then place 1 piece of fish in each taco shell. Top the each taco with ¼ cup of peach salsa, ¼ cup of shredded cabbage and 1 tablespoon of cilantro and then serve it.

Grilled Fish Recipe

Ingredients
Small fish (6 or 12 small fillets), chili sauce, optional (1/2tsp), finely grated fresh ginger (1tsp), crushed medium clove garlic (1), sesame oil (1tbsp), toasted crushed sesame seeds (3tbsp), sugar (2tsp), soy sauce (3tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take cleaned fish with head removed but leave them whole. Trim the fins and tail. Mix the remaining Ingredients to make sauce. Cover each fish with sauce and then place it on the oiled griller tray and then grill the fish under medium heat until the fish gets cooked through the center bone. Better still, grill over the glowing coals. Apply the sauce during cooking to keep the flesh moist. Do not over cook the fish. When the fish gets ready then serve it hot.

Grilled Asian Style Catfish Recipe

Ingredients
Catfish fillets (2-4), sesame seeds (2tbsp), rice wine vinegar(2tbsp), minced garlic (2cloves), low sodium soy sauce (1/4c), minced garlic (2cloves), pepper flakes (1/4tsp), black pepper (1/4tsp), sesame oil (1tbsp), vegetable oil (1/3c) and marinade.

Method of preparation:-
Take a resealable plastic bag, place the catfish fillets in it. Take a small bowl, mix the remaining Ingredients in the bowl and then pour over the fish. Seal the bag and then place it in the refrigerator for 1-8 hours. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Now take out the fish from the bag and discard the marinade. Now place the fillets on the preheated grill and cook it for 12 to 13 minutes. Turn the sides once while cooking. When the fish gets flake easily with fork then remove it from heat and then serve it.

Preparation time – 13 minutes

Cilantro And Butter Trout Recipe

Ingredients
Rainbow trout (4 about 12-14 ounces), black pepper, Kosher salt, chopped fresh cilantro (1tbsp), cilantro (4sprigs), lemon juice (2tbsp), thinly sliced lemon (2), unsalted butter (1/2c).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the grill for medium-high heat. Take a saucepan, melt butter in it. Add lemon juice and cilantro. Take slices of lemon and one sprig of cilantro, place in each fish fillet. Now place the trout on grill and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Turn its sides while cooking. Baste the fish with butter sauce throughout cooking process. Now take out the fish from grill and then serve it with chopped tomatoes on the top.

Preparation time – 15 minutes

Grilled Onion Butter Cod Recipe

Ingredients
Cod fillets (4 about 6 ounces), white wine (1/4c), extra virgin olive oil (1tbsp), black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp), butter (3tbsp), finely chopped onion (1small), sliced lemon (1).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the grill for medium-high heat. Take a small frying pan, melt butter in it. Add onions in it and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add white wine, reduce the heat and keep it to simmer for more 3 minutes. Now take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool slightly. Apply the olive oil on the fillets and then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Now place the fish fillets on the oiled grill rack and cook for 8 minutes. Baste the cod with butter sauce and then turn the sides. Cook for more 6 to 7 minutes or until the fish gets opaque. Baste an additional 2-3 times. Now take out the fish from the grill. Top it with lemon wedges and then serve it.

Grilled Trout With Parsley Recipe

Ingredients
Trout (2 each of 1 pound), olive oil (1tbsp), minced garlic (2clove), minced fresh rosemary (1tbsp), minced fresh basil (2tbsp), minced fresh parsley (2tbsp), black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, mix parsley, basil, garlic, rosemary and olive oil in the bowl. Spread this mixture inside the fish. Cover the fish and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Preheat the grill and oil the cooking grate. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and then place the fish in the grill. Cook the fish for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. When the fish gets ready then carefully take out the fish from the grill and then serve it.
