Almond Crusted Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia fillets (8), ground almonds (1c), eggs (2), lemon pepper (1tsp), butter (6tbsp), freshly grated parmesan cheese (1c), all purpose flour for dusting (1/4tsp), lemon wedges (8), sprigs parsley (8), garlic pepper (1tsp).

Method of preparation:-
First break the eggs in a bowl, beat them with the garlic pepper and lemon pepper until get blended and then keep it aside. Take a shallow dish, mix together the ground almonds with 1 cup of parmesan cheese in it until get combined and then keep it aside. Dust the flour over the tilapia fillets. Dip the dusted fillets in beaten eggs and then press into the almond mixture. Take a large frying pan, melt butter in it over medium high heat. Cook the Tilapia in melted butter until it gets golden brown on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and season the fillets with salt. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the tilapia fillets. Cover the pan and keep on cooking until the parmesan cheese gets melted or for about 5 minutes. Now place the Tilapia fillets in a serving dish and garnish it with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges and then serve it.

Blackened Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia fillets (1pound), white bread (4slices), lemon (1), vegetable oil (1tbsp), garlic powder (1 pinch), celery seed (1/2tsp), dried oregano (1tsp), dried thyme (1tsp), cayenne pepper (1tsp), ground black pepper (1tsp), ground white pepper (1tsp)salt (1tbsp) and paprika powder (3tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a jar, add paprika powder, onion powder, black pepper, white pepper, salt, thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano, celery seed and garlic powder in the jar. Shake them until they are blended. Take Tilapia fillets, coat them in spice blend and keep them for 30 minutes in room temperature. Slice the lemon into wedges. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. When the oil is so hot it is nearly smoking. Put the Tilapia fillets in the hot oil and fry them until the fillets look opaque and can be easily flaked with fork. It takes about 3 minutes per side. Place the tilapia fillets on slices of bread. Now pour the remaining content of the frying pan over the Tilapia fillets and the bread and then squeeze the lemon juice over the blackened Tilapia from the lemon wedges. Immediately enjoy this tasty blackened Tilapia.

Tilapia With Cilantro Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia fillets (1 1/2pounds), finely minced garlic (1clove), thinly sliced green onions (2), heavy cream (1c), lime juice (1tbsp), chopped fresh cilantro (1/4c), olive oil (1tbsp), melted butter (1tbsp), salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
Take a small saucepan, heat oil in it over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for about 1 to 2 minute. Add cream in it and then keep it to simmer. Simmer it for about 3 to 4 minutes to reduce it slightly. Add cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Keep it to simmer for about 1 minute longer. Keep it aside or place it in the refrigerator until it is to serve. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a baking pan, line it with foil. Spray it with non stick cooking spray. Take fillets, brush them lightly with butter and then place them on the baking pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fillets. Place the pan in the preheated oven and then bake the fish for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the Tilapia gets cooked. Take sauce, warm it and then drizzle a little over each fish.

Tasty Sesame Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia fillets (6), minced garlic (1tsp), orange juice (1/4c), sesame oil (1/4c), soy sauce (1/4c), white sugar (1tsp), ground ginger (1/2tsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a baking dish of 9*13 inch, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in it. Mix them properly until gets combined together. Add the Tilapia fillets in this mixture and then turn the fillets to coat them. Cover the baking dish with the plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees c. Now remove the plastic wrap and then place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake the fish for about 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Broiled Tilapia with Sweet Potato Crust And Vanilla Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Cooked and peeled sweet potatoes (3), fresh orange juice ( 4tsp), fresh lemon juice (3tsp), minced ginger (1/2tsp), salt (1tsp), unsalted butter (1tbsp).
Crust:- Roasted pecans (1c), melted butter (2tbsp), graham crackers (3).
Sauce:- Pure vanilla extract (1tbsp), heavy cream (5tbsp), seafood seasoning or creole seasoning (a pinch), fish stock or shrimp stock or water (2tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take sweet potatoes, juices, butter, salt and ginger and grind them and then keep this mixture aside. Grind the grahram crackers, pecans and butter together. Cover the fish with the sweet potato mixture and then sprinkle the pecans mixture over the sweet potato mixture. Broil the mixture for about 4 minutes until get golden brown. Take a frying pan, add cream, vanilla seafood stock and seasoning. Keep it to boil and cook for 45 seconds or until the alcohol in the vanilla is gone and the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Take a plate, pour the sauce in it and then broiled fish fillets on the top and serve it.

Tilapia With Buttery Crumb Topping Recipe

Ingredients
Tilapia Fillets (4to6), soft fresh bread crumbs (1c), dried leaf basil (1/2tsp), melted butter (3tbsp), salt and pepper (to taste).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a large shallow baking dish, grease it lightly. Place the fish fillets in prepared baking dish and then sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Mix the butter with the remaining seasoning and toss it with bread crumbs. Now sprinkle the crumbs over the Tilapia fillets. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the fish fillets for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the fish gets cooked. Broil it for 2 to 3 minutes until the topping gets brown. When the fillets get cooked they will flake easily with fork. Use spatula to place the fillets on the plate.

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients
Grated parmesan cheese (1c), Tilapia fillets (2), egg (1), garlic (1tbsp), flour for dredging, flour for the parmesan flour mix (1/2c), butter (1tbsp), pepper, salt, lemon (1/2), chicken stock (1/4c), drained capers (1tbsp), olive oil (1tbsp), white wine (2tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a shallow pan, mix parmesan cheese with ½ cup of flour in it. Take plain flour and then dredge Tilapia fillets in it. Take a bowl, beat egg slightly in it. Then dip the dredged Tilapia fillets in egg. Coat the Tilapia fillets in parmesan flour mix. Take garlic and chopped it into fine pieces. Take a non stick frying pan, pour some of the olive oil in it. Now place the parmesan crusted Tilapia fillets in the frying pan and fry them until they turn brown from both sides. Take out the parmesan crusted fillets from the pan and keep them warm. Add some more olive oil in the pan and saute garlic in it. Add chicken stock, capers, white wine to the frying pan. Squeeze lemon juice in the pan and season it with salt and pepper. Cook it until the sauce gets reduce to half. Now take off the sauce from the heat and add the butter. Place the parmesan crusted Tilapia fillets on the serving dish and then pour the sauce over them.
