Buttermilk Batter Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kg fresh shrimp
2. 2 Egg white
3. 2 cups Buttermilk
4. 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
5. 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
6. 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
7. Salt to taste
8. White Pepper to taste
9. Corn Flour (for dusting)

Directions

1. To prepare batter take a large bowl. Put buttermilk, egg white, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, garlic paste in it. Blend these very well.

2. Clean the fish and cut medium sized strips. Dip these fish strips in the batter, then dust with flour. Shallow fry the fish in moderately heated oil. Cook from both sides till golden in color. Serve hot.

Tempura Batter Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kg halibut
2. 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
3. 2 1/2 cups Flour
4. 1 1/4 cup Sake
5. 1/2 tsp Sugar
6. 2 cups cold Water
7. 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
8. Egg Yolks (2)
9. Cooking Oil

Directions
1. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Cut the halibut into medium sized pieces.

2. Take a large bowl. Put broth, flour, sake, water, sugar, soy sauce and egg yolks in it. Mix these nicely. Now dip the fish in this mixture and deep fry till golden brown in color.

Beer Batter Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kg shrimp, cut and cleaned
2. 1 1/2 oz lager Beer
3. 1 tsp Paprika
4. Salt to taste
5. 2 1/2 cups Flour
6. Cooking oil
7. lemon slices (for decoration)

Directions
1. Take the beer in a large bowl. Now add the flour, salt, and paprika into it, blend it using a hand blender till the beer is light and frothy.

2. Heat cooking oil in an electric fryer. Heat it up to a temperature of 375 degree F.

3. Dip the fish pieces in the beer batter; shake off the excess batter and deep fry till golden brown on both sides. Drain the oil and serve hot. Decorate with lemon slices.

Baked Fish With Tarragon Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1/2 kg white fish fillet
2. 1/4 cup butter
3. 1 tbsp tarragon
4. 1/2 tbsp chives Lemon
5. 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crushed
6. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cut the lemon in form of slices. Take a large baking pan and place the lemon slices in it, then place the medium sized fish fillets. Now pour molten butter on the fish. Sprinkle chives and tarragon.

2. Top with crushed crackers and sprinkle salt and pepper (to taste). Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Oven Baked Maine Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1/2 kg white fish fillet
2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3. Old Bay Seasoning
4. 1 cup water
5. Salt to taste
6. Pepper to taste
7. 1 tsp dill weed
8. lemon slices (for garnishing)

Directions

1. Grease a medium sized baking pan. To this pan add lemon juice and water. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillets.

2. Cover fillets liberally with mayonnaise. Use the dill weed as seasoning and drizzle the old bay seasoning on the fillets.

3. Bake the fillets in a preheated oven at 350 degree F. fish prepares in about 20 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.

Spanish Baked Fish Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 pound perch fillets
2. 2 medium onions (sliced)
3. 1/8 tsp ground cumin
4. 2 tsp chili powder
5. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
6. 1 tsp dried oregano flakes
7. 1 cup tomato sauce
8. paprika (1/4tsp)
9. pepper (1 tsp)
10. 1 juice of lemon

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350°F. Take a suitable non greased baking pan place the fish in this pan.

2. To prepare the seasoning mix well paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onions, paprika, pepper, tomato sauce, oregano. Add lemon juice to the above mixture. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over fish.

3. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. When ready the fish fakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.

Baked Fish With Mustard Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kg fish fillets
2. 1 cup lemon juice
3. 5 tsp prepared mustard
4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
5. 5 tsp melted butter
6. 3 cups water
7. Salt to taste
8. Parsley (for garnishing)

Directions

1. Cut the fish fillets into medium size pieces. Grease a baking dish. Now place the fish fillets in the baking dish. Mix water and lemon juice and pour this over the fish fillets. Marinate the fillets in a refrigerator for about 25 minutes.

2. Mix lemon juice, 5 tsp mustard, salt and paprika. Sprinkle the mustard mix generously on the fish.

3. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at about 350 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of fish fillets.

4. When prepared the fish flakes easily with a fork. Warm the remaining mustard mix and serve it with the fish. Garnish with parsley.
