Parmesan Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients
1. 1 kg fish fillets
2. 1/2 cup milk
3. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
4. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
6. Butter
7. Salt to taste
Directions
1. Mix the milk and salt in a in a bowl. Grate the cheese finely. Now mix this cheese with bread crumbs and paprika in another bowl.
2. Dip the fish fillets into the salted milk and then dip these in the cheese and bread mix. Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F.
3. Grease a baking dish. Now arrange the fish fillets in the baking dish. Pour melted butter on these and place the dish in the oven bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Time can vary according to the thickness of fillets. Serve hot.

Sauted Tilapia With Lime With
Ingredients
1. Fish, about 1/2 inch thick (11/3lb)
2. minced garlic (1clove)
3. all purpose flour (1/3c)
4. dry white wine (1/3c)
5. margarine or butter (1/2tsp)
6. lime juice (1tbsp)
7. olive oil (1tbsp)
8. chopped green onions (3)
9. salt and pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take fish, rinse it and pat dry. Take flour in a plate and season it with salt and pepper. Dredge the fillets in the flour and then pat the fillets to remove the excess flour.
2. Take a small bowl, mix wine, lime juice, garlic and margarine in it. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat olive oil in it. Add fish fillets in the pan without overlapping them. Cook the fillets until get golden on bottom for about 3 minutes.
3. Turn the side and cook until gets opaque through the center for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now add the wine mixture to the pan and boil it.
4. Cook it until it gets reduce to half for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add onions and heat for about 30 seconds. Now pour the sauce over the fish and serve it in a serving dish.
Poached Fish With Cucumber Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh Tilapia fillets (2)
2. bay leaf (1)
3. white wine (2c)
4. chopped fresh tarragon (2tsp)
5. prepared mustard (2tbsp)
6. whipping cream (1c)
7. peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and chopped cucumber (2)
8. salt (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take cucumber pieces, sprinkle salt over the pieces. Keep them for 1 hour and then strain the liquid from the cucumbers.
2. Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Mix the whipping cream, mustard and tarrangon in a saucepan. Add the cucumber pieces and keep it to simmer for about 8 minutes.
3. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Pour wine in the pan, season it with salt and add bay leaf. Keep the wine to boil.
4. Add the tilapia into the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook the fish for about 8 to 10 minutes until the fish flakes easily with fork. Now serve the fish with cucumber on the side.

Tilapia Fish Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
1. Tilapia fish fillets, cubed marinated with Cajun spice mixture (1lb or 16oz)
2. diced onion (1large)
3. diced carrot (1large)
4. diced bell pepper (1large)
5. basmati rice (1c)
6. water (1600ml)
7. chopped tomato (1 medium)
8. ginger paste (1tbsp)
9. lemon juice (of 1 lemon)
10. sugar
11. salt and pepper (to taste)
12. chopped green onion (1)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take basmati rice, wash them and then cook them in microwave. Stir the rice in between and then keep them aside.
2. While rice is being cooked, clean and dice the vegetables. Saute the vegetables with the spices. Now saute quickly the marinated cubes of fish fillets in the microwave.
3. Take a pot, Put the layer of rice in the bottom, top it with fish fillets. Add another rice layer and then top it with vegetables and again the rice layer.
4. Put the chopped green onions on the top. Cover the pot and keep it to simmer for sometime. When the biryani gets ready then serve it with raita.

Tilapia With Dijon And Panko Coating Recipe
Ingredients
1. Tilapia fillets (4 about 1-1/2 to 2 pounds)
2. fine panko dry bread crumbs (1/2c)
3. light mayonnaise (2tbsp)
4. Dijon mustard (2tsp)
5. dash pepper
6. salt (1/2tsp)
7. onion powder (1/2tsp)
8. dried parsley flakes (1tbsp)
9. paprika (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a shallow baking dish, lightly grease it with non stick cooking spray. Take a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard in it and then rub this mixture over the tilapia fillets.
2. In a food processor, mix the panko fine bread crumbs, parsley, paprika, pepper, onion powder and salt in it. Pulse all these 4 to 6 times to combine.
3. Take a wide shallow bowl; put the bread crumb mixture in it. Dip the coated fillets from both sides in this mixture. Now place the coated fillets in the prepared baking dish.
4. Place the dish in preheated oven and bake it for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the fish gets cooked. When the fish gets cooked then it will flake easily with a fork. With a spatula, place the fillets on a plate and serve them.

Tilapia Fish Stew Recipe
Ingredients
1. Tilapia fish fillets cut into 2 inch pieces (1-1/2lb)
2. touch of dry oregano, Tabasco, thyme, pepper
3. salt (to taste)
4. dry white wine (2/3c)
5. clam juice (8oz)
6. tomato paste (2tsp)
7. fresh chopped tomato (1c)
8. chopped fresh parsley (2/3c)
9. chopped garlic (2large cloves)
10. chopped onion (1c)
11. olive oil (6tbsp)
12. celery (some)
13. mushroom (as desired)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large heavy pot, place it over medium-high heat. Heat olive oil in it. Then add the chopped onion and garlic in the pot and then saute them for about 4 minutes in the oil.
2. To add the flavor you can add some celery and mushrooms. Add parsley and stir them for 2 minutes. Then add tomato and tomato paste and keep it to cook for more two minutes.
3. Now add dry white wine, clam juice and fish fillets in the pot. Reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer until the tilapia fish gets cooked. Add seasoning and salt according to taste. Put the cooked fish in a bowl and then serve it.
Grilled Tilapia With Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
1. Tilapia fillets (2)
2. peeled, pitted and diced ripe mango (1large)
3. chopped fresh cilantro (1tbsp)
4. minced red onion (2tbsp)
5. diced red bell pepper (1/2)
6. seeded and minced jalapeno pepper (1)
7. lime juice (2tbsp)
8. lemon juice (1tbsp)
9. salt (1/2tsp)
10. extra virgin olive oil (1/3c)
11. minced fresh parsley (1tbsp)
12. ground black pepper (1tsp)
13. minced garlic (1clove)
14. dried basil (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix together the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, basil, garlic and 1 teaspoon of pepper in it. Mix them properly and then pour it into the resealable plastic bag.
2. Add the tilapia fillets and coat them with the marinade, squeeze out the excess air and seal the bag. Keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 1 hour.
3. Take a bowl, mix mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and cilantro in the bowl to make the mango salsa. Add the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, lime juice and then toss it well. Season it with salt and pepper to taste and then keep it in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
4. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil it. Take out the tilapia from the marinade. Now grill the fillets until the fish is no longer translucent in the center and flakes it easily with fork. Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes from each side. Now serve it with mango salsa.
