Lemony Stuffed Fish Recipe
Ingredients
1. Scrod or haddock, fish fillets (2)
2. pepper (1/4tsp)
3. salt (1/4tsp)
4. lemon juice (1tbsp)
5. chopped parsley (1tbsp)
6. seasoned stuffing mix (1c)
7. chopped onion (2tbsp)
8. celery (1/3c)
9. butter (1/3c)
10. garlic powder (1 tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onion in the pan. Saute them until they get tender. Mix parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in the pan. Now keep it aside.
2. Take fish fillet and cut it into half. Take an ungreased baking dish; place the half fish fillet in the dish. Top with stuffing mix. Put the remaining fillets on top.
3. Melt the 1/3cup of butter. Add garlic powder to it. Now pour garlic butter over the fish. Now bake the fish in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the fish gets flaky.
4. Now take out the fish from the oven and add some sauce over the fish. Again place the fish in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. When it gets ready then serve it hot.
Mushroom Stuffed Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
1. Sole or flounder filets (1 1/2lb)
2. chopped onion (2tbsp)
3. grated parmesan cheese (as desired)
4. undiluted can shrimp soup (1can)
5. salt and pepper (to taste)
6. chopped parsley (3tbsp)
7. minced garlic (1 small clove)
8. butter (2tbsp)
9. fresh sliced mushrooms (1lb or 6-8oz)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take mushrooms, clean them or drain the canned ones. Take a pan, melt the butter in it and then saute the garlic, onion and mushrooms in the melted butter for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoon parsley in the pan.
2. Take fillets and then season with salt and pepper. Now roll up the sauteed mixture on fillets and roll up the fillets and fasten with toothpicks.
3. Take a large frying pan; place the rolled fillets in it. Pour shrimps soup over it. Cover the pan and cook it over low heat for about 7 to 10 minutes. Do not boil it. When it gets ready then garnish it with remaining parsley and cheese and then serve it hot.

Vegetable Stuffed Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
1. Sole or flounder fillets (6 )
2. pepper (1/8tsp)
3. egg (1)
4. grated parmesan (1/2c)
5. coarse Ritz crumbs (1 1/2c)
6. minced onion (1small)
7. shredded zucchini (1c)
8. shredded carrots (1c)
9. butter (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease the baking dish. Take a medium size frying pan, melt about 2 tablespoon of butter in it. Saute carrots, zucchini and onion in the melted butter for 3 to 5 minutes or until get tender.
2. Take off the pan from the heat. Mix cracker crumbs, grated cheese, egg and pepper. Mix them well. Now rinse the fillets in cold water and then pat dry it.
3. Spread 1/4- 1/3cup of stuffing on each fillet, roll up jelly roll style. Place the seam side down in the dish.
4. Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with fork. When it gets ready then serve it hot.
Microwave Stuffed Fish Recipe
Ingredients
1. Fresh or thawed fish fillets (1lb)
2. pepper (1/8tsp)
3. salt (1/2tsp)
4. crushed , parsley flakes (1 1/2tsp)
5. lemon juice (1tbsp)
6. beaten egg (1)
7. finely chopped onion (1/2c)
8. fine dry bread crumbs (1/2c)
9. grated carrots (1/2c)
10. sliced mushrooms (1/2c)
11. butter (1/2c)
12. thinly sliced celery (1/2c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, place butter and celery in the bowl. Microwave it uncovered at 100% power for about 1 minute or until the butter gets melted. Add carrots, mushrooms, onions, bread crumbs, lemon juice, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix them until get blended.
2. Take a microwave dish or pan. Place half of the fillets in a single layer about 2 inches apart in the dish. Now pour the stuffing on the top of the fillets. Top with second fillet layer.
3. Cover it with plastic wrap, turning one corner back. Now microwave it at 100% power for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the fish gets flake. Keep it covered for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then uncovered the dish and serve the fish.
Stuffed Mackerel Recipe
Ingredients
Cleaned mackerel (4), olive oil (1tbsp), beaten egg (1), chopped coriander (handful), fresh bread crumbs (100gms), peeled and finely chopped onion (1), black pepper, lemon juice.
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 190 degrees or 375 degrees F. Take a pan, heat oil in it and soften the onions. Take a bowl, mix onion, breadcrumbs and coriander in it and then mix them in the egg. The mixture should be sticky. Now pen the mackerel, stuff the mixture equally in them. Close those, the filling will spill a little, that makes it nice and crispy. Now place the fish in the greased dish, sprinkle the lemon juice and black pepper and then bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes. When it gets ready then serve it hot.
Trout Stuffed With Lemon Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1. Whole trout, boned (1 1/2pounds)
2. butter (2tbsp)
3. grated lemon peel (2tsp)
4. juice of lemon (1lemon)
5. silvered sun dried oil packed tomatoes (3tbsp)
6. chopped parsley (1/2c)
7. salt (1/8tsp)
8. chicken stock (2c)
9. white rice (1c)
10. minced garlic (1clove)
11. minced onion (3tbsp)
12. butter, divided (4tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a heavy frying pan, melt 3 tablespoon of butter in it. Reserve the 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Saute the onion, garlic and rice in butter over medium low heat for about 5 minutes by stirring it continuously until the rice get golden.
2. Now add the chicken stock and salt. Mix them, cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes until the liquid gets absorbed. Take off the pan from heat, mix parsley, tomatoes, lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a baking dish, grease it with butter. Now place the fish in the dish and butter on both sides. Put 1/3 to ½ cup of rice into the cavity of trout. Place the remaining rice around the fish.
4. Cover the surrounding rice with foil, leaving the fish exposed. Bake the fish for about 10 minutes until it gets firm and flakes easily with fork. Serve it immediately.

Patrani Macchi Stuffed Fish Parsi Style Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless fish (300gms)
2. juice of lemon (1)
3. coconut (1/4c)
4. green chilies (3-4)
5. salt (to taste)
6. ginger (few)
7. mint leaves (few)
8. coriander leaves (a bunch)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take boneless fish, cut it into small pieces. Carve it from the center. Sprinkle salt on it and squeeze lemon juice. Keep it to marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Fill the chutney in the center of the fish pieces. Wrap up the fish in banana pieces and steam the fish for 6 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle the lemon juice and serve it hot.
