Tuna Salad Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna, drained (1can about 9 ounce), all purpose flour (1 1/2c), vegetable oil (1/3c), skim milk (3/4c), baking powder (2tsp), sugar (1tbsp), egg (1), chopped garlic (1tbsp), chopped green olives (1/4c), chopped green onion (1/2c), plain nonfat yogurt (1/2c), salt (1/2tsp).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F. Take muffin tins, grease them lightly. Take a bowl of medium size, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in it and keep it aside. Take another bowl, flake tuna in it and then mix garlic, olives, green onion and yogurt in it and then keep the bowl aside. Take a small bowl, beat milk, egg and oil in it. Now add tuna mixture into the bowl of flour mixture and then slowly mix milk mixture in it. Now put the tuna mixture or salad in the muffin tins with spoon. Place the tins in oven and bake them at 375 degrees F for about 20 to 25 minutes until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Then take out the tins from oven and keep them to cool. Remove the tins and then serve them.

Swiss Tuna Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained (2cans about 7 ounce in each)
2. milk (2c)
3. eggs (6)
4. bread, crust removed (6slices)
5. shredded Swiss cheese, divided (2c about 8 ounce)
6. salt, divided (1tsp)
7. dried dill (1/2tsp)
8. chopped mushrooms (4 ounces)
9. chopped green onions (1/4c)
10. hot pepper sauce (a dash)
11. Worcestershire sauce (1tsp)
12. melted butter (2tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, place tuna in it and then flake it. Add chopped mushrooms, green onions, ½ teaspoon of salt, dill and 1 cup of Swiss cheese in it. Mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take a shallow baking dish of 2 quart, butter it and then place bread slices on the bottom of the dish. Put the tuna mixture over the bread slices.

3. Take a bowl, beat eggs, pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, milk and the rest of the ½ teaspoon of salt in it. Then pour this mixture over the tuna. Then dust the rest of the 1 cup of shredded cheese on the top.

4. Cover the dish and keep it to chill for about 2 hours. Then take out the dish from the refrigerator and keep it for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 1 hour at 325 degrees F until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Tuna Curry Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained and flaked (2cans about 7 ounce)
2. butter (3tbsp)
3. milk (1c)
4. sliced onion (1med.)
5. curry powder (1tsp)
6. all purpose flour (2tbsp)
7. sliced mushrooms (1c)
8. cored and diced apples (2med.)
9. buttered bread crumbs (1c)
10. salt (1/2tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan of medium size, melt butter in it. Take onion slices, separate them into rings. Saute onion rings, mushrooms and apples in melted butter until they get soft. Then add curry powder in it and mix it until the mixture becomes smooth.

2. Slowly add milk in it and cook it by stirring regularly over low heat until the mixture becomes thicken. Then add tuna in it and mix it well.

3. Take a casserole of 1 ½ quart, grease it and then place tuna mixture in it. Place the buttered bread crumbs on the edges of the casserole.

4. Cover the casserole, place it in oven and bake fish for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then take out the casserole from oven and serve it hot.

Tuna Bake With Cheese Swirls Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained and flaked (1can about 12 ounce)
2. condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (1can about 10.75 ounce)
3. milk (3c)
4. all purpose flour (1/3c)
5. margarine or butter (1/3c)
6. chopped green pepper (3tbsp)
7. chopped onion (3tbsp)
8. salt (1tsp)
9. lemon juice (1tbsp)

For Dough:-
1. Egg (1)
2. minced fresh parsley (1/4c)
3. diced pimientos (1/2c)
4. water (2tsp)
5. milk (1/2c)
6. baking mix (2c)
7. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan, heat butter in it and then saute green pepper and onion in it. Mix flour in it until it becomes smooth. Slowly add milk in it and keep it to boil over standard heat.

2. Cook it by stirring for about 2 minutes and then take off the pan from heat. Now mix tuna, soup, salt and lemon juice in it. Take an ungreased baking dish of 13*9*2 inch, pour tuna mixture in it.

For Dough:-
1. Take a bowl, add milk and then mix baking mix in it. Roll dough in rectangle shapes on flour surface. Then dust parsley, pimientos and cheese over it.

2. Then roll the rectangles, starting from the long side. Cut the roll into 1 inch slices and then place them over the tuna mixture in the dish.

3. Take a small bowl, beat egg with water in it and then brush it over the swirls. Place the dish uncovered in oven and bake tuna with swirls for about 20 to 25 minutes until the top changes to light brown color at 400 degrees F. then take out dish from oven and serve the bake tuna with cheese swirl.

Tuna Bake With Shrimp Topping Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna (1can about 7 ounce)
2. scalded milk (2c)
3. beaten eggs (3)
4. melted butter (3tbsp)
5. cracker crumbs (1/2c)
6. finely chopped celery (2tbsp)
7. minced onion (1tbsp)
8. paprika (1/8tsp)
9. pepper (1/4tsp)
10. salt (1/2tsp)
11. hot cooked shrimp (optional)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a baking dish, grease it well and place tuna in it and then flake it. Take a bowl; add melted butter, cracker crumbs, celery, onion, paprika, pepper, salt and eggs in it.

2. Mix all the ingredients properly and then beat egg in it. Now pour this mixture over tuna in baking dish.

3. Place the dish in oven and bake for about 60 to 70 minutes at 325 degrees F. Bake it until the fish gets brown color.

4. Then take out the dish from oven and place the fish in serving bowl. Place the hot and cooked shrimps around the fish and then serve it with white sauce.

Macaroni And Tuna Fish Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained (2cans about 6 ounce)
2. macaroni (1 package about 16 ounce)
3. finely chopped onion (1)
4. dried oregano (1 pinch)
5. mayonnaise (1/4c)
6. garlic powder (to taste)
7. salt and pepper (to taste)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, add salted water in it. Place the pot over heat and keep it to boil. Then add macaroni in boiled water and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes soft. Then drain it and keep it under tap water to cool it well.

2. Put the cooled pasta in a salad bowl and then add tuna in it. Mix tuna with cooled pasta and then add mayonnaise in it according to your taste to get the flavor in the salad.

3. Then mix oregano, garlic powder, onion, pepper and salt in it. Now macaroni and tuna fish salad is ready to serve.

Grilled Tuna With Honey Mustard Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh tuna steaks (1 to 1 ½ pounds)
2. garlic herb seasoning (a dash)
3. honey (1tbsp)
4. red wine vinegar (1/3c)
5. extra virgin olive oil (3tbsp)
6. spicy brown mustard (1tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a covered container or a jar, put olive oil, honey, spicy brown mustard, wine vinegar and garlic herb seasoning in the jar. Then shake the jar to mix all the ingredients properly.

2. Take a bag of food storage, add tuna in it and then add 4 tablespoons of honey mustard mixture in it. Close the bag and keep it aside for about 20 minutes to marinate.

3. Now brush olive oil on the grill and then heat it. Take out tuna from the bag and pour the marinade in a saucepan of small size. Keep it to boil, then take of the saucepan from heat and keep it aside.

4. Now place tuna on hot grill and grill it for about 2 minutes from each side over high heat. Grill it until it gets cooked and then sprinkle the hot marinade over it.
