Grilled Teriyaki Tuna Recipe

Ingredients
Yellowfin tuna (4 fillets about 4 ounce), teriyaki sauce (1c), ground black pepper (1tsp), minced garlic (2tbsp), olive oil (3/4c).

Method of preparation:-
Take a large plastic bag, mix garlic, oil, teriyaki sauce and pepper in it. Mix all the Ingredients well. Now add tuna fillets in mixture of bag and then seal it with little air. Now shake the mixture to coat the tuna fillets properly. Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for about 30 minutes. In the same time, heat an outdoor grill and the oil the grate lightly. Now take out the bag from the refrigerator and remove tuna fillets from the marinade. Then place the fillets on hot grill and grill them for about 8 to 10 minutes for well cooked from each side. The grilling time depends upon the heat of the grill and the thickness of the fillets. When the fish gets grilled then removes it from grill and serves it hot.

Citrus Tuna Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna steaks or fillets (4 about 6 ounce), grapefruit (1pink), ground ginger (1/2tsp), crushed red pepper flakes (1tsp), snipped fresh dill (1tbsp), honey (2tbsp), lime juice (1/4c), lemon juice (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
Take grapefruit, peel it and cut it into pieces in a bowl. Take another bowl, reserve its juice in it. Keep half of the grapefruit pieces in the refrigerator and put the rest of the pieces in the reserved grapefruit juice. Then add honey, lime juice, lemon juice, ginger, red pepper flakes and dill in it and mix them well. Take out ¼ cup of this mixture for basting, cover it and then keep it in the refrigerator. Tak ea plastic bag, pour the rest of the marinade in the bag and then add tuna steaks in it. Now seal the bag and shake it to coat the steaks and then place the bag in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Now coat the rack of the grill with cooking spray. Take out the plastic bag of tuna steaks, drain tuna steaks from it and then throw out the marinade from it. Place tuna on grill, uncovered and then grill it for about 6 to 7 minutes over medium heat on each side, then basting the fish with reserved marinade and then place reserved grapefruit pieces on the top of tuna steaks. Now cover it and keep it to cook for about 5 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork.

Cheesy Tuna Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna drained and flaked (1can about 12 ounce), lasagna noodles, cooked and drained (9), sliced mozzarella cheese (8 ounces), curd cottage cheese (1 ½ c small), pepper (1/4tsp), dried oregano (1/2tsp), garlic salt (1/2tsp), milk (1/2c), condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (1can about 10.75 ounce), butter (2tbsp), grated parmesan cheese (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
Take a large saucepan, place it over heat and then heat butter in it. add onion in the pan and sauté them in butter until they get soft. Then add tuna, oregano, garlic salt, milk, soup and pepper in it. Stir them until they get mixed well. Take a baking dish of 11*7*2 inch, grease it and then spread ¾ cup of tuna mixture in it. Now spread the layer of 3 noodles over tuna mixture, again spread tuna mixture of ¾ cup, then spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers of these Ingredients and then sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top. Now place the baking dish in oven and bake it for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake it until the mixture gets bubbly. Take it out from oven, keep it for about 25 to 30 minutes and then serve it.

Asian Tuna Patties Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna, drained and flaked (2cans about 6 ounce), vegetable oil (2tbsp), beaten egg (10, cornmeal (1/2c), dry bread crumbs (3/4c), black pepper (1tsp), minced green onions (3), sesame oil (1tsp), peeled and minced garlic (1clove), ketchup (1tbsp), teriyaki sauce (1tbsp), soy sauce (1tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl of large size, add tuna, bread crumbs, garlic, green onions and egg in it. Mix all the Ingredients well and then mix sesame oil, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and pepper in it. Make about 6 patties of 1 inch thickness of this mixture. Lightly dust the cornmeal on the both sides of each patty. Take a frying pan of medium size, place it over standard heat and then heat oil in it for frying. Put each patty in hot oil and fry them for about 5 minutes from both sides until they get golden brown color. Serve them with green salad.

Tuna Tomato Bites Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna (1can about 7 ounce), cherry tomatoes (2 pints), cream cheese, at room temperature (1 small package about 3 ounce), Worcestershire sauce (1/2tsp), mashed avocado (1 ripe), Tabasco or similar pepper sauce (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp), chili powder (1tsp)lemon juice (1tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take can of tuna, drain it and then flake it. Take a large bowl, mix mashed avocado and cheese in it and then add tuna, Worcestershire, pepper sauce, salt, chili powder and lemon juice in it. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill it properly. Now take cherry tomatoes, wash them and then hollow them from the center. Then place the tomatoes on the paper towels with upside down to drain them well. Now fill tuna mixture in the center of each tomato with a spoon. Then place the filled tomatoes on a serving dish. Place the dish in refrigerator until the serving time.

Make about 40 to 45 appetizers

Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna in vegetable oil (1 can about 6 ½ or 7 ounces), onion, sliced in rings (1small), green bell pepper, cut in strips (1),red bell pepper (1), tomatoes, cut in quarters (2 large), small clove garlic, finely minced (1/2), wine vinegar (2 tsp), olive oil (4 tsp), pitted black olives, chopped (12), dry mustard (1/8 tsp), pepper (1/8 tsp) and salt (1/8 tsp).

Method of preparation:-
Take a serving plate, place tomato quarters on it. Then arrange onion rings and pepper strips in the center. Take a small jar, drain oil from tuna in it, flake tuna and then place it in the center of the serving plate. To make salad dressing, add dry mustard, minced garlic, wine vinegar, olive oil, pepper and salt to the tuna oil in the jar. Close the jar tightly and shake it to mix all the Ingredients well. Now sprinkle the dressing over the tuna salad in the plate and then dust the chopped olives over the salad. Now the tuna salad is ready to serve.

Tuna With Peas And Hard Cooked Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna, drained and flaked (1 can about 7 ounces), cooked frozen peas (10 ounce package about 1 ½ to 2 cups), milk (1 ¼ cups), salt (1/4 tsp), all purpose flour (3 tbsp), butter (3 tbsp) cooked, sliced eggs (2 hard) and toast (buttered).

Method of preparation:-
Take a saucepan of medium size; place it over medium low heat. Melt butter in it and add flour and salt in it. Melt flour well and then take off the pan from heat. Slowly add milk in it and again place the pan on heat and cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thicken. Now turn down the heat to low and again cook it for about 2 minutes by stirring regularly. Add drained and cooked tuna and peas into the sauce and heat it. Now take off the pan from heat, spread tuna mixture over toast and decorate it with slices of hard cooked eggs and then serve it.
